The staff at DrG***'s office are the most unprofessional group I have ever seenI spent several hours confirming (by phone) that information was sent and received between DrG***'s office, my insurance, as well as an oral surgery center My time and diligence are irrelevant and wasted as DrG***'s receptionist repeatedly lied about what she sent via faxAfter confirming via phone on Fri afternoon that a specialty referral form had been signed by DrG [redacted] and then faxed to the surgery center (I called and got the fax number for Dr G***'s office)....I arrived on time for a Mon 9:apptand no referral form had been faxedI phoned Dr G***'s office from the surgery center and the receptionist offered no reason why she told me Fri that the form was sentShe assurede it would be sent in "just a few minutes"After waiting at the surgery center for minI called back and she explained that DrG [redacted] was not in yet and the form was locked up in his officeI waited more minand phoned back to ask...again, because it was never addressed the first time I called, about x-raysI offered to pick them up myself and bring them over to surgery center myself the first time I called...no answer or comment at allWell, turns out that I ended up driving from the surgery center to pick up the x-rays myselfWhile there, I provided the receptionist with the fax number (again) and she stated, " I don't need that, I've already faxed it to them, but here is a copy for you"I got back to surgery center and guess whatDrG***'s office never faxed a thing! An hour and half laterstill never faxed itWhen I called back to ask DrG***'s office about it, I was not very nice since I had been lied to multiple times and once to my face! Dr G***'s receptionist hung up on me, even after I calmed down, she stated, " I am not going to have this conversation with you mamm, you are confused"I asked her to provide me with a printed confirmation from her fax machine, that's when she hung up on meI remained at the surgery center for two additional hours...still, no fax, no phone callI live an hour and forty-five minutes from Dr G***'s office and the surgery center, did my due diligence (and beyond) to be sure all was in order for the surgery appt....and Dr G***'s staff response was that I was ..."confused" and then hung up on meGuess I'm confused to think a dental office licensed by state of TN would at least be truthful (if not over the phonesurely, to my face!) and want to make this situation right by offering an apology Sincerely, "Confused"

My time and diligence are irrelevant and wasted as Dr. G[redacted]'s receptionist repeatedly lied about what she sent via fax. After confirming via phone on Fri afternoon that a specialty referral form had been signed by Dr. G[redacted] and then faxed to the surgery center (I called and got the fax number for Dr G[redacted]'s office)....I arrived on time for a Mon 9:20 appt. and no referral form had been faxed. I phoned Dr G[redacted]'s office from the surgery center and the receptionist offered no reason why she told me Fri that the form was sent. She assurede it would be sent in "just a few minutes". After waiting at the surgery center for 17 min. I called back and she explained that Dr. G[redacted] was not in yet and the form was locked up in his office. I waited 10 more min. and phoned back to ask...again, because it was never addressed the first time I called, about x-rays. I offered to pick them up myself and bring them over to surgery center myself the first time I called...no answer or comment at all.
