Ronin Tactics

Ronin Tactics checks all the boxes for support gear. I have had no issues with shipping, or product quality. I have placed two orders in the last 4 months. I plan on upgrading all my duty equipment to Ronin Tactics. Why did I choose Ronin Tactics first no proprietary molle clips to break, and second slim and clean professional look. Their support gear has held up to my demands and my departments product testing.

I had ordered the wrong color belt so; I placed a new order for the correct color and shipped back the wrong one. I kept checking in with customer service to see if they had received my return box. I was told for almost a month they couldn't find it. After sending them the tracking number they were finally able to locate it. Strange when our name and address along with packing info was placed in the box. The post office said that they also had received it a while back. When they finally returned my full refund, I was then told it does not include shipping. Nowhere on the site did I read that shipping would not be included with returns. Kinda not right when we had to pay for the shipping to return the item. We will not be recommending this company to others.

A while back I ordered a piece of their gear (a vest) and had a terrible customer service experience. Have yet to receive the product, or my money. It took weeks to get a response from the company, and they blamed me for not receiving it. While their gear is good, the company itself is not. Would not recommend.
