Our Housekeeping department in fact detected issues with the guest's Pet mentioned in this letterWhen something unusual in the rooms are found, floor houekeepers bring top Houekeeping Manager and Hotel Manager's attention to verify the authenticy of the the issueAll
our guests carrying are Pet are required to read and sign Pet Policy as well to sign Registration Cards that states of any damages caused it is suject to a $fee
But in this case I have come to an agreement with guest and we will wave and refund the guest in the amount of $

Please note that this guest had more than pet in the room and did not notify the front desk Yes, our hotel, the *** *** *** Inn, is pet-friendly and we do have paperwork that notifies the guest of the pet polices Please note
the room was a mess and we had to keep it out of order for several days in order to clean it up, which is why there was a cleaning charge applied to the guest We do have a video of the room itself and can provide that if necessary Please email us and we can provide you the video.

Review: I recently stayed at red roof inn [redacted] with my wife and dog from June 22-23. Upon leaving I received a charge to my account for 250$. When I contacted the company the had no idea what it was for. Three days later they contacted me and told me it was due to unexplainable pet damage. After talking to corporate and over a week later I received an email saying my dog defecated and vomited all over the room. This is a bold faced lie. My dog is in good health with no history of symptoms like this. I even have on hand a clean bill if health from our vet that was given merely days before our trip. Also, my dog was crated the entire time and never left alone. I am appalled by the egregious lack of care from the company of my issue and I would like my money back swiftly. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I want my 250.00 back

Review: This hotel refuses to refund me over $200 as I stayed only one day and found this place to be inadequate for my family (including two small children) to stay at for a whole week. When asked to be refunded they refused and this is ridiculous. I should not pay for a stay if I am no longer there! smelly hotel, gross stained carpets, lipstick on a pillow in my room etc. I didn't want my kids touching anything let alone staying in a place that could make them sick.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for the three days I did not stay at 67.99 per night plus applicable fees!

Review: 1 - I have requested a detailed invoice and have not been provided one.

2 - My credit card was charged $106.03 more than it should have been. When I called to inquire I was told I was charged for "deep cleaning" fees due to all the dog hair in the room. There was never a dog in the room. This point should be irrelevant but even if there had been - they advertise pets stay free. The room certainly wasn't very clean when we checked in but simple standard cleaning practices would have had it in the same condition it was in when I arrived.

The parties I traveled with ALL had billing issues. Double-billing for rooms. Charging the wrong credit card for the wrong room. Billing for use of a safe that was not used. They must make quite a bit of extra money with these shady practices when nobody notices.Desired Settlement: Refund of $106.03.
