Ronnie D. McLamb Handyman Service

On 18 January 2012, I hired Ronnie McLamb Handyman Service to repair my rain damaged living room ceiling and to remove mold in my attic. One of his workers slipped in the attic and his foot went through another area of the ceiling that wasn't rain damaged. Ronnie McLamb was in charge of these repairs. Upon finishing the mold removal, he started work on my ceiling,but he never finished it. said he would be back to finish the ceiling on 4 February. He never showed up. I called several times at the numbers on my contract [redacted] and [redacted] and I left voice mail messages to as when he would finish my ceiling. He never returned my calls. He came by our house on 30 May and said it was on me to call him to do the repairs. On 2 June, McLamb came by to ask for his final payment,and he brought 2 workers to finish my ceiling. They did not get the ceiling done. They said they would be by 4 June, but they didn't show up. After leaving voice mail messages and an e-mail, he shows up on 28 June. He called one of his workers to find out why my ceiling wasn't finished. He couldn't tell me when he could finish my ceiling. I told him to call me first and set up a time to finish it. Yesterday, 25 July my wife was doing errands and saw his truck in Havelock. She called and left voice mail messages as to when he might finish our ceiling repair, but he never called back. I have paid for the work in full, and my wife and I have tried for the last 6 months to get him to finish our ceiling. I would like to have my living room ceiling finished in a timely matter and 6 months of waiting is not a timely matter.
