Complaint against Ronnie Howard Construction for taking funds and not completing the flood repairs. Just another shady contractor.
This complaint is in respect to the work that you Ronnie Howard Construction was exercising with respect to the home located at XXXXX *** French Settlement, Louisiana. The house was damaged in the 2016 flood. Many people suffered not just from the flood, but from the work that needed to be done to repair the home. You had indicated that the work should be completed within a couple of months. However, it extended much longer than that, with work not being completed, but work being in a less than workmanlike manner. Ronnie Howard Construction did not complete the job or return funds to the homeowner. After months of attempting to settle the dispute Ronnie Howard Construction just took thousands for the repairs and did not complete or make right financially once they abandoned the job.
Will settle dispute if contractor returns $9,800 dollars for work not completed. This is not the full amount owed but an amount that will be considered for some resolution of issues with this shady business.
