They have used fear and manipulation to get a job cutting down tree limbs. They overcharged and did unnecessary add- on sales.
Review: This complaint is about Ronnie Jenkins Tree Service removing a tree from my neborighs yard that back up to my yard. Ronnie Jenkins Tree Service decided while I was away on vacation it is ok to use my driveway and property to drag the tree that his crew removed and chip it up in my driveway without permission. The crew took my solar lights out of the yard, moved my patio furniture and made them self right at home. I have tried to call Ronnie Jenkins cell and office number and they will not except or return my calls. I can't believe you are man enough to go on someone's property without them being home, and then you hide behind the phone numbers. This seems like a fly by night company. This company came from [redacted] to do business in [redacted] and go on private property, They must already have a good name in [redacted]?Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call and see who gave permission to be on the property. I have contacted the police and they said try this and then if he does not call file a formal report to small claims.
Review: Quoted price was agreed upon with P.O.A. before work began - worked on home for 90 minutes - listed items not completed or requested and tripled the cost of the work. When elderly home owner was approached with receipt and request for more money than agreed upon she became flustered and paid under duress. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN TO OUR ELDERLY RESIDENTS! This complaint is being filed by the POA.Desired Settlement: Repayment to check cashing company ~ [redacted]
