My 13-year old air conditioner would cool for a few days then nothing would come out of the vents but the fan would still run I called my prior air conditioning company (with whom I had spent over $3,on new duct work) and told them the problem and was told I had a freon leak and would need a new unit I asked if they could come out and repair it and he refused to even come and look at the unit - just curtly told me to call him when I am ready to purchase a new unit On the recommendation of my family, I then called Ronnie M*** to see if he could come out and give me a price on a new unit and he insisted on verifying the problem first - it was not a freon leak at all but simply a buiof dirt inside the unit that was preventing air from passing over the coil causing it to freeze up I almost spent many thousands of dollars on a new unit that was not yet necessary Ronnie M*** is honest, fair and customer-oriented and makes sure what the problem is so he can give you the best option Ronnie M*** has gained what my prior air conditioning company has lost - a loyal customer When I am ready for a new unit or any other repairs or problems, Ronnie M*** will get my business I can't recommend him highly enough - stars for sure!
