I would never recommend this company.

Had an appointment and they showed late (:25 minutes) and when asked about it (the vice president and co-owner) was very rude and didn't care he was making making a potential customer wait (i too have a schedule). Things only got worse (now highlights) he told me I would wait on a doctor- told him he was no doctor, then after more 'polite' discussion he said he didn't need me as he had other business. (i have other bids). If he would have called and informed of running late it could have turned out much better. Very bad way to run a business.

Ronnie Ritchie Service has installed two HVAC systems in my house, and I also have a semi-yearly inspection contract to be sure that all continues to run in tip-top condition. They are responsive and quick to make appointments, and I have found them to be reliable and professional. They know how to instill confidence in a new customer, and even though I am selling my house, I will say that for the past five years, I have relied on them and been pleased with their response time and their work. I will definitely recommend them to the buyer of my house!

We asked social services to help us get our furnace fixed in a crisis heating assistance repair through Ronnie Ritchie Service Co. because my husband is disabled and the furnace would not come on all the time when it cycled. The service technician on the first call on a Friday afternoon was not prompt and only stayed 15 to 20 minutes to tell us it was only condensation in a tube from the furnace. He told my husband to remove the condensation by blowing the tube. This happened 12 times throughout the night with the furnace having intermittent trouble. My husband is not supposed to be in very cold temperatures due to his disability. I called the next day on the 24 hour call service about 7:30 am. The person who answered the phone was the same technician who came out the day before, but did not reveal this to me. He chuckled when I told him what had transpired through the night and how my husband had been under the house blowing out the condensation several times to get the blowers to work again. He told me he was an hour and a half away and after following a different set of instructions on the first call, then I called again about 8:30 am to confirm that indeed it still was not working properly,at which point he said he would come here to look at it. At 1:45 pm, I had to call yet a third time to see if he was going to honor my previous call, and he said he was working on a plumbing call before mine. Within 10 minutes, he shows up slamming doors on his work van and visibly irratated, takes five minutes to investigate the situation then proceeds to tell us there was a part he needed to order and he could not do this until Monday. I asked, "Why couldn't you have said this on Friday?", thinking the sooner we had this furnace working the better and we would sleep at night knowing we would stay warm. The temperatures at night have been 24 - 32 degrees. We have had the oven on and cracked open to stay warm. This is very poor service for their customer and also getting paid by government for their fees when no work was actually done to fix the problem. I also checked reviews of this company online and there are several customers that rated this company very low on the scale with similar bad experiences. I am not sure if the company realizes that defrauding the government for money and providing very poor service to their customers will ultimately shut them down as a business.
