Ronnie the Painter, Inc.

Hello..My name is Ronnie, i'm the owner the company Ronnie the painter and one of my consumers name [redacted] put  complain on my company and I like to know why she did that, cause I did all the job I was suppose to do on time and good quality job..She pay to me to do some work like-fix...

her deck on the back the house - some wood floor and paint-fix the wood rails-scrapper and paint the garage on the back the house-fix a windos on the left side, was broke hit from the tree-fix the metal gate on the left of the house-paint the outside windows basementwe did all the work to her, we use good materials, good paint and we did the right job, after we done we show her everything, we clean everything and she pay as, but know I can see this complain and I don't understand why she did  this..I have photo from the job we did their if she sayd something diferent....

Regarding Ronnie the painter's response , The problem is Ronnie the painter did do the job, but the job has not held up. paint was good when it was first done however, it did not stand up during this years harsh winter.  I called him in February after the snow and ice melted , the paint was completely off the deck in many areas. This was also new wood. Then as the winter weather continued the boards of wood lifted and nails didn't hold up. By Spring the garage door turned from white to yellow. Mildew also formed on the deck, I was told the deck would last for years to come. If there were any problems he would come and do it over. He responded to only one phone call and told me he was on a ladder and couldn't speak at that time, however he would re paint. He did repaint the side of the garage door , took some mildew off, but never repainted some of the areas on the deck and did not nail down the boards. As the summer progressed mildew resurfaced and Ronnie did not respond to anymore phone calls. All jobs looked nice after freshly painted. But not even lasting  a year is another thing. He did make a promise to redo if not satisfied. I did not look a the completed, I have Glaucoma and sunlight can make seeing difficult. This has been by other repairmen to get estimate to replace. It looks like the paint was was not properly prepared and paint spread to thin.
