Mrs***, I do once again apologize that the drain bolt was damagedAs I mentioned when you were in for the concern, I did mention that the only way to replace the drain bolt was to remove the drain bolt which would drain all the oil resulting in an oil changeI did also mention that we
would not charge for a drain bolt as wellThe bolt was not completely "striped" and could easily been taken outThe damage to the bolt would not hinder the vehicle from being able to have an oil change, the only thing is that in order to replace the damaged drain plug you would have to drain the oilI do once again apologize for the inconvenience, and am happy to help with this matterIf you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us and we will surely be happy to help.Thank you

On 08/25/before the purchase was finalized on the *** Accord *** *** was made aware it wasn't ready that it needed some mechanical issues addressed so it could pass state smog requirementsDuring which time *** made a verbal agreement to bring it back at her earliest
convienceAnd was issued a state of California department of motor vehicles temporary vehicle identification and registration form that was affixed to the the vehicleOn several occasions *** would come in to make her monthly car note and was unable to leave her vehicle for any length of time so the issues could be addressedThen on march 2,*** came in to Snr Motors to make her car note and decided to trade in her *** Accord as a down payment towardsa *** trail blazer which was approved through our finance company *** signed the contract and at that time released ownership of her *** accord and drove away a happy satisfied customerThe following business day March 3,*** returned with completely disruptive uncorporative female claiming *** could not keep the trail blazer that she didn't know what she was doing at the time of the closing deal and that *** was ripped off and a complaint was being filed with the Revdex.com during which time Snr Motors is not required to speak to anyone but the person in which was on contract *** during which time remained in the carThe unknown person then demanded we give *** her *** accord backAfter insisting on talking to *** snr motors was able to discuss the issue with *** at which time she stated after she took the trail blazer home this person convinced her she couldn't afford itSo Snr Motors exercising good business ethics let *** breech her new vehicle contract with any penaltys or restocking fees and and returned her *** Accord to *** ***Snr Motors acted in good faith and could of resold her the *** Accord at.the same or higher retail value but chose not to do soSnr Motors agreed to let her take the vehicle if agreed to return the car so it could be prepared to be smoged And she was Issued a new temporary registration that was affixed to the accordSince that date Snr Motors has attempted to contact *** *** at all numbers that were provided to us and on file and have been unsuccessful a certified letter was also sent to all addresses on file with Snr Motors trying to address the mechanical issues and resolve this matter
