In response to customer #*** we received a cancellation letter via email on Feb @11:08pmWe will be refunding $good faith deposit back to customer(see Exhibit A)
Metropolitan Bath and Tile was aware of this situationA message was taken from customer the morning of Feb A return
call was placed approxat 2:00pm that same day but was not aware we had the wrong phone number until we received customers cancellation email early that morning and pulled a copy of customers contract,
Once we realized the situation, we called customer #*** at home and cell at 8:45amThe next morning Feb 3,2015, we also contacted the estimator who also left message on customers cell and home numbers as well as sending the customer an email @ 10:am the same morning wanting the customer to please allow her the opportunity to explain and correct any misunderstanding (See exhibit B)As of Feb 16, we have yet to receive any email or phone call from the customer #***
Metropolitan Bath and Tile has used all resources to try and resolve situationAs I stated in the beginning of this letter we will refund customers good faith depositCustomer can expect refund within 7-business days

In May of 2017, Miss *** brought her Jeep to me for repairI informed her that she needed a new engineShe purchased a used engine from Bloomfield Auto Wreckers in Bloomfield, N.Jand had it sent to my shopWe installed the engine, informing her that there was no guarantee on parts supplied
by customersShe contacted me once since the job was done, with the engine smoking heavilyI told her that since I did not supply the motor for her, she needed to contact Bloomfield Auto Wreckers, since that is where the engine was purchased fromI did NOT have "multiple discussions" with Miss *** over this matter, nor have I ever told her (or any other customer) to bring me to courtI have owned a successful business for years and this is the first complaint against me
