I can't recommend Caffee Environmental enough! I realized on a Saturday morning that my septic tank was having major issues and called several other companies and got nothing but answering machines due to it being a weekend However, when I called Caffee Environmental, they answered and told me they could fit me in that day. I talked with Isaac... super nice guy and very helpful. They arrived quickly and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. Also, these guys are very reasonable on pricing. Like I said, I can't recommend them enough and they will be my first call the next time I'm having septic issues.
I have had recurring issues with my septic system and had called another company numerous times. This last time I decided to try someone else. I found Caffee Environmental on the Revdex.com website called them.
I am so happy I did. I made an appointment with them and they arrived on time. They discovered the problem and told us information about our septic system that we didn't know. Apparently we have a two tank system and they pumped out both tanks for us. The other company we had been dealing with never pumped anything but the first one.
I was very pleased with the experience. The amount they charged was very reasonable and they could have very easily have charged us for services we didn't need and we would not have know any better. But they didn't. They will be the only company I will call in the future for my septic tank needs.
