Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:All of the email documents I have I would bewilling to mail into the Revdex.com.  I have too many to upload.  Anyspecific reference I would be glad to support.  I have attached a few for reference.   Foremost, on AHMC's...

behalf, the poster of theirresponse included my personal identifiable information in the form of my socialsecurity number and date of birth as well as my wife's.  This needs to beremoved immediately as I did not give permission for this information to beshared.  I will pursue this in another venue...First, let me address our initial meeting. We were referred to Stephanie and it was approximately 30 days to close. Stephanie said from meeting one, "don't worry, I get these referralsall the time and don't worry, we will get it done".  See her again statingthis in the attached files.  Our initial interest rate was said to be nohigher than 4.375% and that it is not at that yet.  When we asked her whatthe rate was, she replied that she did not know.  We were not given any ofthe initial paperwork from our first meeting.  We trusted that Stephaniewas acting in our best interest.  As the loan progressed, we inquired manymany times what the rates were at and that we wanted to lock.  Why wouldsomeone ask this so many times if we knew that our rate was already at 4.375? Seems foolish....  We asked on the 5th via email to lock!  Seethat in the attached documents as well.  We asked and asked and asked whatthe rates were and never once got an answer.  I have so many emails to prove. If Stephanie has any of these emails showing me an answer to my questionsabout the rates and actually provided me with a number by all means please postit.  Like I said, why would I be so persistent and she be watching therates and monitoring the rates for her clients if we were at 4.375 from thestart?  Again, see the emails.  See my requests to lock, see myquestions why I did not have a say in locking and so on.  I have many moreemail chains, not to mention the countless calls.  I have cell phone recordsas well. Second, my ** eligibility still showed my oldhome from over 5 years ago.  I told Stephanie about this from the start. The very day that it was requested from Stephanie, it took me all of onehour to clear up and have the certificate to her.  Her claim that this wasa delay is an outright false statement.  I have that chain of emails aswell in addition to the date I received that certificate.  My emails showher date of request and my fulfillment of her request.  This is thedishonesty that I am referring to so it not to be confused with slanderousaccusations.   In response to the status of unknown, the limboso to speak, also refer to some of the emails.  I have many more askingthe status of our loan and where we stood on things.  I had to prompt anddrive many aspects of this loan.  Discussing Stephanie's expertise I foundher to have received her licenses in 2010.  That does not equate to 10years of experience in my opinion.  See one email specifically from Manny, her boss, stating that "Stephanie is a student of the market" and has to advise with him.  Someone explain to me how that relatesto an expert.  When I discussed the training that the ** provides lenders, even Manny had no idea.  I had to quote steps and instructions to them. How is that a consummate professional capable of closing a ** loan in thetime promised even if it is less than average time?  Stephanie is the onewho made that commitment.  On one hand she said no problem I do this allthe time and the other she said "** loans never happen in 30 days" Someone tell me how I was not misled?  My phone conversation with her manager/fianceewent no better, you may see some email chatter regarding my concerns.  Healso informed me that Stephanie was under his guidance and still had much tolearn amongst other things.  When my loan was past closing, which I didnot even know was going to happen until the day prior(see email).  Afteras we were sitting on pins and needles regarding the status of our loan, it gotto a point where I had to have my realtor call the owner of the company. It is also important to mention how my realtor and his staff were treatedby Stephanie as well.  He is willing to provide whatever statements orassistance is needed as well.  During this critical time, with work left tobe done, Stephanie went off on her bachelorette party never even mention thatour file will be sitting.  This was well after closing and many documentsneeded to be taken care of.  If this was a professional organization thatwas based around customer care and reputation, why would my file not be passedoff to a trusted partner to keep it a top priority like Manny said it was? So my family and I sat in pure disarray with no direction while my filedid the same in the hands of AHMC.   I have much more info to share if the need arise. Stephanie's response about her rave reviews are outlandish to say theleast.  I make one negative review on a site and it takes their rating to50%.  There are minimal reviews to be found.  AHMC has a [redacted]rating of 3.9 give or take.  For someone held in such high regard, I wouldexpect many more reviews.   Once Stephanie started my loan, because we werein a position where we had a short period of time to close, we were at themercy of Stephanie.  I have nothing to hide, our loan was originallystarted with PNC 6 weeks out from closing, we had a buyer for our old home thatwanted a quick close.  It turned out that my debt to income was a bitoutside their requirements and we were referred to Stephanie who assured us"do not worry".   There was nothing fancy about our loan. Only docs required were my ** Cert, some bank statements, and somedeposit explanations.  The normal stuff.  I need to also mention thatI had to send these requested documents to Stephanie on multiple occasionsmultiple times.  That is also where the limbo status comes from.  Whoknows what she did with my information.   Honestly, AHMC, hold up to your statement ofcaring about your customers and admit to the Revdex.com that you mishandled mymortgage.  You admitted this to me on the phone and do you have thatapology in an email as well?  By no means have I slandered anyone, butsimply told the truth.  You knew that I was a disabled vet in the middleof treatment for cancer and about to be put out on the street because we wereso far past our closing and not knowing if we were going to get closed andchose to do nothing.  How we had the owner involved but no chance to speedthings up on your end is unfathomable.  Once it finally got to the ** it tookthe 5 business days, not even.  Actually 4.  So out of the 22 days wewent past our date, 18 of those days were by your mishandling of my loan.  I have tons of unanswered emails and phonemessages as does my wife and realtor. Stephanie was often rude, arrogant and controlling. Her manager evenattested to her controlling behavior during our phone conversation.  This is not someone worthy of an A+Revdex.comrating.  My interest rate was manipulatedfrom the get go.  See the emails foryourself.  Any further questions, please feel free to callme.  [redacted].  I can also provide my realtor's contactinformation to support my claims.  He is a realtor of 40 years.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution (OPTION #1) is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
[redacted]  Dear Mr. Mattew V[redacted] Thank you for taking the time to respond.  I appreciate your efforts and it is good to know there is actually someone there listening.  Thank you Ms. S[redacted] for your help as well.  I believe I would like to accept Option 1 which is you proceed with the loan, given it will be another loan originator besides from [redacted] and you will be paying for the new appraisal.  Please advise on how we can proceed with an AHMC originator who is versed in 203k loans who can expedite this loan after 6 months have gone by with the first attempt. In regards to Mr.  H[redacted]’s lack of communication, that I withdrew the loan, that “he ([redacted]) did not want to initiate an application denial”.  This is all nonsenses.  I never withdrew the loan.  I stated please close the loan or resolve by paying my fees back, etc.  [redacted] refused to return my messages for 6-8 weeks for a time before and after the one conversation we did have the middle of February.  The loan was already 95% closed (per [redacted]’s words) the beginning of January and I told him if he had asked me, I would have opted for a slightly smaller loan amount or come to closing with a few thousand in closing funds as he said would have been the other choice - if the appraisal numbers all of the sudden didn’t align with the FHA coordinator’s numbers.  This all could have easily been done instead of a “loan denial” after all the work we all put in.  I also just received a bill from my homeowners insurance.  AHMC was so sure the loan was going to close, they required me to change my insurance loss payee clause named to AHMC and increased the coverage to the new, higher loan amount.  I’ve been paying the higher insurance rate for the loan ($300) for six months now that never was. [redacted] was absolutely amazing at the beginning and worked very hard, was very dedicated to making this work.  He was a wizard and caring and that’s why the rest makes no sense.  What bothers me worst of all, was that on 9-12 different occasions I would reach out to him or the owner George would try to get him on the other line, he would text or email me “I’ll call you in 30 minutes” or “I’ll call you later”, etc. and 6-8 weeks went by both before our one call in mid-February and then 8 weeks again after.  It is the most unprofessional thing that the owner has to hold onto the line to make sure that [redacted] returns my call on the other, only for [redacted] to just tell me he has to call me back later.  The loan was almost closed early January and is was gross negligence on [redacted]’s part that he didn’t take care of relatively ordinary details to just finish up the job.  I was insulted and disrespected that on numerous occasions he told me he would call me and let over 8 weeks go by without actually contacting me and still hasn’t.  Unbelievably insulting.  I hope you reconsider his employment. Please advise on how to proceed. Regards, [redacted] Service Representative [redacted] MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Attn: Revdex.com RE: Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation (Absolute) NMLS ID [redacted]  In response to the concerns filed by [redacted] with the Revdex.com.  Absolute conducted an internal review of [redacted] mortgage application and interviewed [redacted]  In the interview, [redacted] stated that he admits to longer than expected communications with [redacted] The unusually long time was a result of a difficult loan transaction. [redacted] could have requested the underwriting to deny the application based on issues pertaining to the appraisal by a 3rd party firm, but [redacted] did not want to initiate an application denial due to the fact that he would prefer to work harder in restructuring the application in an effort to try and make the application qualify to standard guidelines.  Current Status of Application - [redacted] application is currently in a withdrawn application status as of 04/19/2017. [redacted] requested a withdraw of [redacted] application based on written communication via email asking [redacted] to withdraw his application as he was going to start from scratch with a new institution.  Borrower Requested Settlement - Absolute does not directly collect upfront fees. Any [redacted] Consultant fee, inspection fee or appraisal fee would be paid by the applicant to a 3rd party.  Absolute has provided the necessary disclosure to [redacted] documenting the method in which fees are charged.  Absolute disputes the claim that we intended to steal the borrower’s identity. We are bound by federal regulatory oversight and maintain the proper security and confidentiality protocols for all borrower applicants. We can insure that no information was shared to unrelated parties in the transaction. As a mortgage lender, Absolute is not required to lend or repair a property in its current state, thus it would be unreasonable to ask Absolute to pay for repairs to the home.  Proposed Resolution:  Option 1: Due to the service related issues, Absolute would be willing to reassign [redacted] loan file to a new Mortgage originator who is also thoroughly experienced in 203k transactions. Additionally, Absolute will pay for a new appraisal that would be required and will offer expedited processing and underwriting approved by Sr. Management to close [redacted] transaction in a timely manner.  Option 2: Due to the service related issues that [redacted] experienced, Absolute would be willing to refund [redacted] the cost of his appraisal with Absolute.  Please have [redacted] inform Absolute which option he would like to elect so we may amicably resolve this matter. [redacted] may contact [redacted] or communicate directly via the Revdex.com.  Sincerely, Matthew V[redacted] COO
