Ron's Air Conditioning & Heating Services

I was referred this company through my home warranty company. My heater is not working. The technician showed up 3 hours late. He said he fixed the problem, but would need to come back to do further testing, as there might be crack in the heat exchanger, in which case, I would be replacing the entire unit. Within 24 hours, the heater was no longer working. I have called and left messages twice, and have not received a response.

I also contacted Ron's in reference to a Home Warranty issue with my air conditioner. After the first repair they too recommended that I clean the coils to my unit. I paid $129.00 to have them cleaned then it broke again. I have tried several times to contact them. Three times I was told I had the wrong number. When they finally came to my house the repair person brought his wife who used her phone to look how to fix my unit. They also came in a vehicle with no company markings which should have been my first clue. They stated they ordered a part but never re-contacted me for the repair. I am now using a different company and I would not use this company ever.

The phone almost always went to voicemail. I made an initial appointment with them and no one showed, when I called they rescheduled and no one showed again. Eventually I had to call from a different phone number to get them to answer their phone. I was told to call if someone wasn't there by 7 and that the technician was on his way. No one showed up and at this point no one ever answered the phone again. I never received a call back from my many messages or a response to my email. This place was beyond unprofessional and no one should ever do business with them !

I filed a claim with my home warranty and was referred to Ron's Heating and Cooling. My first experience was in August when my air went out. We were scheduled to have repairs done that day, but Ron's staff did not show up, nor did they call to reschedule to tell us they were going to be delayed, they just didn't show up. Here we are again, one month later, after we paid for service that was supposedly done in August which was to clean the air conditioner's coils. Again, today, I was assured they would be here between 2:00 and 6:00 pm, and again we sit. It is now after 7:00 pm and again this company didn't show up; call; reschedule, even though I indicated we had no air in the house. Again, no courtesy call. This is not the way customers should be treated. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
