I rented for washco management for 3 years. when I first moved in it was ok. I moved in October 2012. the start of summer things changed. it started with the A/C breaking. when I called the after hours maintenance number they said someone would be in the next day, it was 90 degrees in my apartment. They "fixed" it a few days later. The next summer it was the same thing it was broke again. I then put my 60 day notice in. After talking with the then property manager about staying she said ok she would pass it on to the next lady as she was leaving [redacted] apartments to go to another washco property. I then received a phone call saying that they rented the apartment out and I had one week to leave. So between working 40+ hours a week I had to find time to pack. I got everything packed out and was cleaning I was going to finish my cleaning and when I arrived at the apartment all my clean stuff was gone and all the food I had left in the freezer and refrigerator were gone as well. When I talked to Shannon the property manager now she gave me attitude for calling her work phone after hours. I will never rent from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
