I am rejecting this response because: Once again, this is a blatant lie. I was in no hurry to have my vehicle "restored" and they were more than happy to take my $5,000 upfront. It took them over 6-1/2 months to do the small amount they did do and then I had to return it at least three times because of their ineptness to do anything right. If they could not have kept my original parts, they should have called me and I would have had the car towed back to my residence; instead they bought, and charged me for, defective parts - as defective as their mechanical services. I can't believe I was sent home in a car with bad brakes - as Ralph Nader said several years ago, my vehicle is now "unsafe at any speed" due to the inability of this business to conduct the business it advertises.Yes, I am totally unhappy with this whole situation and I will pursue a Deceptive Trade Practices suit (suing for treble damages, plus attorney's fees and court costs) if the entire amount I paid them for the mess they made of my vehicle is not returned to me ASAP. I am not the only customers they have swindled out of money by not only not doing the job promised but damaging the vehicle while it was in their possession.
