I hired them to build a carport for me. I was required to pay for half of the job upfront with a promise that the job would start within two weeks. Four and a half months later they started on the job. The job was completed in a timely manner once they arrived. The complaints that I have are that the welding was done very poorly and and covered up with caulk to look like a weld. There has was a leak that we had at the house where the carport connected to the house. I called and asked him to fix it and he said he would come by but never did. I had to patch it up myself. At the bottom of the carport at the edge, one end is nearly 7 inches lower than the other side, as measured with a transom. I found that the work that they did was poor, and that the support after the job was complete was non existent.

Review: We hired the contractor to repair a leak in our roof. After paying the contractor twice to re-shingle and seal the roof, it now leaks worse than ever and has destroyed the drywall ceiling under the roof leak. The contractor gave us a warranty claiming a guarantee on his work and now will not return our calls.Desired Settlement: We desire that the contractor refund the nearly $2000 we paid for his repair work so that we can hire someone else to actually fix the original leak and now repair the ceiling damage caused by the contractors faulty work.
