They installed our pool twice since we purchased it in 2013. Both times it was not installed correctly. They never processed the area correctly, it was not level, which caused our liner to rip and the entire wall to clasp. They installed the pool 6 inches away from our deck. Needless to say we have a two year old pool sitting in the yard with no water, a ripped liner and clasted walls.
