a misunderstanding. We strive for great customer service.On 5/1/18 at 20:52 we were called to respond to an accident. We arrived and got our directions from theOSHP Trooper.Our driver, with the Trooper, spoke with the girl in the accident and her mother who had arrived to thescene. Our tow driver gave them a business card while informing them that the wrecked vehicle would betaken to Ron's impound yard. With being 9pm, [redacted] was closed and not able to makepayment for the tow if we were to deliver. It is an industry standard that if payment is not made at timeof the service, the vehicle is taken to the impound yard. It is procedure for ALL local tow companies todrop the vehicle in their impound yards' until the following morning when businesses are open.The next morning, 5/2/18, [redacted] called for primary tow charges and they arrived shortly thereafter withpayment to collect the vehicle, transferring it to [redacted].Again, we are sorry for the confusion.
