As your racquet was purchased brand new, this policy would not apply.? The policy on all new items is they must be returned in the same condition they were received in.? We apologize for the confusion with this return.? Upon return of the item, it appeared to be missing one piece of apparel, so the customer was given store credit instead of a refund.? The next day, upon hearing from the customer, we acknowledged the missing piece was in fact never shipped in the first place.? Thus, the customer was refunded in full that day.If there is any unsolved issue with this order, we look forward to hearing from the customer.?
