We hired *** *** and his company Roof-all for a job that is years in and still not finishedWe are out 70,dollars on a job that initially was supposed to be 50,and have a building that is not water tightFor months I have given him every chance to finish this job and he *** won't show upI call him daily and am told daily that he will have his guy come by tomorrow to finish it*** I have a newly renovated building *** and he has not completed the flashing or the parapets and there have already been instances of water damaging my new construction*** if I hire a new contractor it will void the warranty on the roof and ***

We used Roof-All to repair our roof in September of 2013. We were satisfied with the repairs done and that is not the issue. Payment was made and received on 9/23/2013 through my [redacted] Visa card services. It has now been six months and we have not received our warranty (guaranteed on the phone when the service was begun and on the website), receipt of work done, or description of what was done/materials/etc. We need this information for our records, should we need to utilize the warranty if any damage is done to the roof or sell our property. We need the information for our insurance company and we need it to file our tax returns. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails, called daily to try to get in touch with somebody. I have spoken to their front office twice now and they have told me they would send the information, by email, that day. We still have not received anything. They have not responded to a single email or voicemail - I have only been able to talk to them on the rare occasion they have answered the phone in the office. I have kept detailed records of every phone call and email that has gone unanswered.This is our rental property, we live in [redacted] and are unable to visit the office to rectify this in person. I will be sending a registered letter today and outside of legal action, I cannot think of any other way to resolve this. I hope that you can help us.
