Roof Army

We paid to have our roof fixed by Roof Army. After a rain storm we had damage were they supposedly fixed it. We contacted them and they said they would be out...that was months ago.

Roof Army failed to pay the material vendor and now I have a lien on my home. I have not received my warranty and they will not answer my calls.
I paid $22,500 to get my roof and gutters replaced. The work was done, but Roof Army did not pay the supplier which now the supplier, has a lien on my home.

Roof army took full payment, issued a fraudulent lien satisfaction, failed to pay a material supplier and then he disappeared.

Roof army has committed fraud and
misappropriated funds since they failed to
pay their supplier who has now levied a Lien
on my property for lack of payment from
Roof Army (~$7,300). Roof Army, per our
contract, is responsible for payment of this
debt. It has been about 2 months of
attempted contacts and they will not answer
calls, emails, their employees have quit and
their office is abandoned.

I paid Roof Army both insurance and personal money to replace my roof. They kept delaying the start of the job and never did any work.
In January 2019, I first contacted Roof Army and met with David G, Sales rep.
I signed a proposal on 3-12-19. On 9-21-19, I provided Mr. G with a check from *** for $2,402.54 (check #***) and a personal check for $3,334.00 (check #***). David gave me samples to select our shingles, but I never heard back from him. In October 9, 2019, I texted Mr. G who advised me that he was no longer working for Roof Army. He messaged that the company received my checks and that there were delays with my roof due to the rain. In mid October, after multiple calls and emails to the company, I was referred to Raymond, the new Sales Rep. At the end of October, he sent me a link to select my new shingles and in November, I emailed our selections. I never heard from him again. In mid November, I called the company several times and the secretary promised that someone would call me back. I finally spoke with Kevin who apologized and said he would be taking over. He texted receipt of the shingle colors and promised to call the next day, but never did. I called him back and he said he would get back in touch about a start date. I never heard from him again. I called the company from the end of November until December 17 and just received an answering machine (and eventually a full mailbox). I also texted Kevin on December 4 but he never returned my text.

Contracted for a roof Sept. 11, 2019. It is now Dec. 6,2019 and still no roof. They don't answer phones. Requested a refund of my $2,300.00.
Contracted Sept. 11,2019 for a new roof. Didn't hear anything in October and called to complain. Didn't hear anything in November, Called and complained. They gave me Kevin to handle it. He offered to refund our money if we wanted, but promised it would be done by Dec. 2nd. On Dec. 2nd...no roof. Called and left many messages. Told them they breached the contract and we had been very patient, but wanted a refund by Friday, Dec. 6th. Went by their office Dec. 5th and spoke with a secretary and she said she would text the owner Jarrod R and he would be in on the 6th about the same time. I went by on the 6th and met a former crew person, and another customer with a roof they fixed which was still leaking and there was no one in the office. No one answers their phones and no one returns calls and no one shows up to work. I am out $2,300.00 that was paid to start the job. I want my money back.

I signed a contract with Roof Army and gave a deposit of 3600 dollars to have my roof replaced and they havent done anything nor returned my calls.
On November 25, 2019 I *** signed a contract with Roof Army to get my roof fixed and replaced on the first week of December they said a week before they come to my house to start the work I would have to contact them to choose the color of the shingles. But after 2 weeks attempting to contact them all I got back were promises of getting a call back from the owner. Today December 03, 2019 I called the office and nobody is answering the phone I also went to the office and the door is locked and nobody is at the office.

We hired roof army to do our roof on September 2 2019 gave them a 3,000 dollar deposit they cashed the check on September 6 said they would start the job September 21 they never showed up then roof army said they would start November 4 they never showed up then they said November 5 and never showed up then they said November 6 they never showed up then on November 7 they brought over a dump trailer and left it in the yard until November 12 no work was ever been completed they picked the dump trailer early November 12 at this point we just wanted our deposit back and after being told numerous times we would get it back we have not received it now they don't even answer our phone calls we have tried to be patient with roof army but clearly we are getting scammed they brought the dump trailer here for a few days just to pacify us for a few days no material was ever delivered or no permits were ever pulled we just want our 3,000 dollar deposit back and as of November 24 we have no new roof or deposit

We had roof damage after a hail / wind storm in August 2018. After speaking to several other roofing companies we decided to go with Roof Army and we couldn't be happier. They had the highest Revdex.com rating & reviews of the 8 companies I checked out. Taylor was our sales rep and he is very knowledgeable, through & patient with all the questions I asked. He kept us informed every step of the way. Oscar & crew were hardworking & respectful, putting up the new roof in 2 days & they did a wonderful job. Each day they cleaned up the yard & driveway of any debris & nails. Bryant was the project mgr who is detailed oriented, making sure the shingles & new gutters were here in a timely manner. He also came by daily checking on the roofers and answering any questions we had. Nikki works in the office & is very personable. We had full confidence in the Roof Army team. I have a contract to replace my roof with Roof Army and have paid a $5600 deposit. They have missed multiple start dates and won't refund my money.
I signed a contract with Roof Army to replace my roof and on September 20th, 2019 paid them a $5600 deposit. I was given a start date of the week of October 14th, but it came and went with no crew showing up. I called their office and left messages for days without a response. The only person to call me back was the original salesman, to inform me that he no longer worked there because he wasn't getting paid, and heard that lots of people were quitting for the same reason. On 10/24/19 I drove across town to their office, expecting a locked door, but it was open and operating. I got lots of apologies and assurances that my roof would be taken care of immediately and a new start date of 10/22/19. Just to be sure I called the day of to confirm and got a good to go. They never showed up or called. I called them the next day and got another apology and promise of a new start date. I told them of my intention to find a new company and asked for my deposit back. They promised to call back with my refund information and then never did. And that's where I am with this company. I call daily, and get promises that someone will get back to me and offers of new start dates that are indefinitely put of and no interest in starting my roof or giving me my money back.

They failed to pay the subcontractor for supplies. Also could not get them to warranty their work!!.
Got a summons from *** Company 6 months after the job was completed and after their warranty/repair documentation which claims that all subs had been paid. This is a 25k bill which I refuse to pay. Of course, nobody from their company returns any of my calls nor do they agree to meet me in person. I have stopped by their office several times to talk to Jarrod *** their owner and I keep getting "he is out onsite" and will return your call. We also have warranty issues with the roof that they claim were fixed, but it still leaks and gaps are obvious from the inside of the house.

After a recent hail storm my husband and I discovered we had a roof leak. Suffice it to say with the heavy Florida rainy season upon us we were in a bit of a panic. After getting several estimates and several rejections for emergency tarp service we found Roof Army. Nikki the administrative coordinator was amazing and helped to get someone out immediately. Throughout our re-roof process we worked with Connor -the sales manager- and I am so glad that we had him on our side. Connor was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He helped us deal with our insurance company, was there when our insurance adjuster came out, and communicated with us daily on all of the details. We have a 100 year old house and our roof was in worse condition than originally thought - the team at Roof Army was up for the challenge and did an amazing job. Their communication throughout the entire process was flawless. Our project manager Ruben is the absolute best- we highly recommend that you request him. Ruben is extremely detail oriented and seriously knows his stuff! He worked with us, took a ton of photos, and made sure that we understood the process. He and his team went above and beyond each day and left our yard and surrounding areas extremely clean. Simply put- trust your roof to Roof Army. After obtaining several estimates from other companies, we decided to go with Roof Army. Their price was very competitive, with good reviews. As a result, we contracted with them to repair our leaning Chimney and do a complete Re-Roof.
Kevin M, our salesman, came out, diagnosed the Chimney problem and what it could take to repair it. To determine exactly what needed to be done was unknown until the area surrounding the Chimney was completely removed. So Kevin provided a quote, taking into consideration the different possibilities, including the best and worst case scenario. This eliminated any surprises of unanticipated charges once the work was started. As it turned out there was rot in the sheeting and truss supporting the chimney. Antonio V, our Project Manager, not only did a terrific supervising the Re-Roof, he personally rebuilt the chimney, replaced the underlying plywood, did the truss repair and replaced rotten wood on our Dormers. Antonio kept us informed on what needed to be done and the progress throughout the project. His crew were professional, thorough and did a great job from start to finish. The entire Roof Army staff was a pleasure to deal with and customer satisfaction was their main focus. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Roof Army. My sales rep was through and patient. Had complications with my insurance company and they didn't put any pressure on me. They really know their stuff. Explained all of the options so I could make informed decisions. My roof was in a lot worse shape than I thought and they did a spectacular job. They addressed all of the deficiencies from the original builder and I wound up with a fantastic new roof!

My project Manager was Ruben C, and I higher recommend that you request him. The guy is a stickler to detail and quality. He and his team went above and beyond. They were meticulous about cleanup at the end of every day and went over the property with magnets to find stray nails. Ruben got the job done a day earlier than promised! I was traveling at the time and he kept me informed with texts, photos, and calls. I can't say enough about the execution and final product.

Madeline Ortiz was my production coordinator and made everything seemless. She kept on top of permits, inspections, and even my re-scheduling request. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I can't say enough about the entire Roof Army team and the job they did. I hope mentioning people by name get them raises they deserve. I can say that the sales rep wasn't exaggerating about how good they are.

My wife and I had gotten our roof damaged in a hail storm back in 2018, and she did a great deal of research to find the most reputable company we could in the Orlando area to do the repair. That led us to getting in touch with Bradford at Roof Army. Since that first point of contact we have had not only all of our questions answered, but have had a wonderful team of people ready to help us to make the best decisions we could as first-time home owners in an unfamiliar situation.

Bradford, Priscilla, Connor, and the rest of the office staff were incredibly pleasant to be in contact with during the entire process. Bradford personally came out to our house a number of times to talk us through the initial decision-making process. The on-site project manager, Ruben, is a seasoned professional who takes his work to heart and made sure to explain every detail that he could as the replacement was underway while providing us with enough information to make the right calls on adjustments. Our first contact with Roof Army was with Connor in sales. He was educated, knew his porducts, and articulated our needs well. He was friendly, respectful, and honest. He kept us informed and stayed with us loyally from the first conversation until the absolute completion of the final detail. We couldn't be happier with his work and would recommend him highly. In fact, we have already passed him the name and address of an interested neighbor at her request. (She needs help with intimidating insurance paperwork and contact. We had a hailstorm.)

Ruben was the onsite supervisor, and Roof Army hires quality workers. True to the company standard, he communicated with us thoroughly and consistently to be sure we understood the stages of the work and made any decisions with enough information. He showed me specific areas, like vents and pipes, where Roof Army does a superior job. Our next door neighbor has a brand new roof, but their company failed to use the new venting ststem or replace any pipes on their roof. (They also mangled one zone a/c and caused four roof leaks!) We had zero problems.

When all nailing was finished, a magnetized tool was used to pick up stray nails, all debris was efficiently removed, and the dumpster was taken away immediately. Those are important details for any home. We strongly recommend Roof Army. They will give you a free competitive estimate. They're worth the price of their work.

They are currently finishing up our roof they did an amazing job considering how horrible and complicated my roof was. They showed up bright and early and wouldnt stop until the daylight was gone. They always cleaned up after their work. They were friendly and professional. All workers were nice, respectful and hard working! Thank you so much for all your detailed and timely work!

I recently needed a roof replaced at one of my rental properties. I received multiple estimates from local roofing companies. I decided to go with Roof Army. They have proven to be a timely and high quality roofing company. Josh maintained excellent communication with me during the entire process. He answered all of my questions and even text me pics of the progress throughout the work day. The job was completed in one day! I have complete confidence with Josh and will be contacting him and Roof Army when I need any additional roof repair or replacement work in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

After I called them, they came out quickly on 7/16/18 to inspect my roof, wrote up a contract which I signed on 7/24/18, started work 9/10/18 and completed it the next day 9/11/18. The price of the roof was $15,635 (really good, compared to other estimates) and they did a lot of repairs, for which they only charged $270. The project manager, Ruben C, kept me updated throughout the 2 days, texting me photos and getting my approval for repairs. There was a delay of 3 days to get their trailer removed from my driveway - that was the only thing that could have gone better. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Roof Army from the beginning. Connor is very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we get our roof installed and worked around our situation. They finished our roof in 2 days for a 2500+ sqft house and did a fantastic job! I strongly recommend them to anyone who has a roof job or needs roof replacement.
