They were professional, had necessary lift equipment and were conscious of protecting lawn etc. The price was reasonable and he without question honored a coupon. Denny did a great job on my Victorian (hip roof) in downtown [redacted]. Restored it to almost looking like new. Well documented w/pics, both before & after. Conscientious and very careful in hosing/washing off my aluminum siding as aluminum can NOT tolerate excessive pressure. He even agreed to return in the spring to apply a herbicide to the roof, as that is a critical time for pollen, spores, mold, etc. Would definitely recommend to others -

Roof Cleaning Perfection and its owner, Denny B[redacted], did an outstanding job on cleaning my roof. He responded to my request for a quote within one day of my call, came on site when scheduled and completed the job within one day. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. It looks like a brand new roof! His product is environmentally sound, is not harmful to pets nor plants and doesn't have any chemical odor. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with his work.
These guys did an excellent job,my 3 roofs looked a mess,after they got done they looked great.They also cleaned my deck,and it also came out great.
I was a little apprehensive about having their lift driving on my lawn,because it was so soft after the winter and all the recent rains,but it did no damage at all.
I would absolutely recommend them.
I could not believe the amazing difference between the "before" and "after" condition and appearance of my roof. All my neighbors, friends and family were amazed, as well, with the AWESOME job that was done by Denny B[redacted] and his assistant of Roof Cleaning Perfection. They were very professional and extremely careful with all of their equipment used to be very cautious not to ruin the lawn and all landscaping. Before starting the procedure, Mr. B[redacted] thoroughly explained all parts of the procedure and the products being used. The cracks and crevices, corners, all surfaces, were cleaned to "perfection"..... my windows, walkways & driveway were left in exceptionally clean order. I am extremely happy with my new-looking roof ....... I am extremely happy with this company !!!
