First off I would like to start with we have done business in baton Rouge and surrounding area for five years now and not only have we never had a complaint we have never had a phone call like I got from Mrs [redacted] Let me address her accusations one by one [redacted] did come to the [redacted] home and met with Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] gave [redacted] permission to go on the roof and do an inspection like we always doContrary to what Mrs [redacted] said [redacted] most certainly did meet with Mr [redacted] after the inspection and showed him pictures of what he found on the roof just like he is trained to doIf [redacted] had just gotten down and left like Mrs [redacted] insinuated how could he possibly sale a roofMrs [redacted] claims she saw [redacted] walk around then bend down and he just went to a particular place on the roofMrs [redacted] never came out of the house, never met [redacted] and did not view the inspection so how did she see any of these things she is claimingMrs [redacted] told me in our 5-minute conversation that she knew she already needed a roof and had no less than four leaks alreadyMrs [redacted] also told me she could not afford a new roofNow let me address one of the most concerning things Mrs [redacted] says in her entire statement, that I called her a low life piece of [redacted] and I won't say what she has posted all over the internet that I called herIn five years and thousands of roofs installed and many thousands of roofs inspected in Louisiana and Mississippi and never any complaint of any kind on any website much less the Revdex.com do you think I just started the phone call calling her names and she stayed on the phone with me another 5-minutes for me to just berate her? Mrs [redacted] 's statement is full of inconsistancies and is flat out not trueWhen I asked Mrs [redacted] if the fact that her roof leaked during the 4th heaviest rain on record for Louisiana 11" in hours in Baton Rouge she said absolutely not it was your guy that damaged my roofAgain it's strange that Mrs [redacted] admitted she needed a new roof and could not afford one and not two days later she started calling demanding we pay and put her a new roof on her houseNo I assure you the only truths in her statement is that we did talk and that [redacted] was at her houseThis is a case of someone looking for something for free and her phone call demanding a new roof is just one more example of that [redacted] ***

I contacted Holmes Well Service to repair a well on my property
Holmes Well Service arrived in the week previous to February 14th,
He recommended replace the pressure bladder, tank, shallow well pump, and the well pump compressor motor, as well as fittings and switches He was hired to do this work
Holmes well service claimed to have finished this work on, and was paid in full The date on the invoice was February 14, Invoice was paid in person immediately upon receipt
That night it was noticed that the well motor was not running, upon inspection the thermal overload switch had tripped Upon resetting the well tank overflowed, which would indicated a faulty switch Holmes well service was contacted about these problems ( A faulty float switch, and a faulty compressor motor) the following morning
Further research into the brand of the defective compressor motor showed that it is brand sold my Harbor Freight Tools and is literally the cheapest Chinese
