We are a small operation that has grown and it's my fault for not getting it wrapped upI will get the rest if there punch list fixed asap

Mr.[redacted] has returned on many occasions to repair my roof but roof is not repaired. When it downpours rains in thru fireplace.We had no problem with our roof other than shingles were missing from the room because of strong wind. Signed contract with Charles [redacted] (Roof Doctor) 12/29/12 to replace entire roof. [redacted] charged $5750 to replace roof. I paid him $2800 at start of job and $2950 on completion. Both time with a check. When first hard rain came I informed [redacted] that water was now coming in thru the fireplace. There was no problem with the fireplace before [redacted] replaced entire roof. After calling [redacted],he came out and went on the roof and acted as if he repaired problem but after every heavy rain water would come in thru the fireplace. We would call [redacted] and he would say he was coming out and on several occasions he did come out but it got to the point he would not come out and the rain would come in thru the fireplace. It is now gotten to the point the wood is buckling up all around the fireplace. [redacted] has promised on many occasions he would come out but has not shown up. As of 12/27/15 he has not come out and we had to change out bath towels several times last night to get all the water up.Desired SettlementI would like for [redacted] to repair my roof as to where there will be no rain coming in thru the fireplace. I'm writing about case # XXXXXXXX a consumer's complaint about a roof I installed. Mr. [redacted] paid my 5750 to install him a new roof at [redacted] Dr. Cordova TN XXXXX. Mr. [redacted] told me his roof was leaking around the chimmy. Sense Mr [redacted] had a warranty with me I came back out there to fix the problem. I built a cricket (Little Roof) in the back of the chimmy and put a water diverter in back of the cricket. That way the the water that is coming down from the roof wouldn't touch the back of the chimmy. Mr [redacted] call me back again and said that it was leaking in the chimmey comming from inside. The last time I went out there I explain he my n**d a chimmy cap.The chimmy cap fits on top of the chimmey. It don't have nothing to do with the installing of the roof. That is the reason I haven't b**n back. But if he has a leak that is on the roof I would be more than happy to come back. Review: While examining my roof for potential issues, Ron broke two tiles. This was confirmed by the roofer I called in for a second opinion. When I called to complain the office person kept arguing with me, then accused me of yelling. The estimate for repairs was $2,550.00. The estimate from the 2nd roofer was $300.00.Desired Settlement: Either pay for the broken tiles or refund my money.
