We hired Roofing Heros to repair a roof leak, vendor submitted invoice saying they had completed the serviceThe vendor never repaired the roof and the roof got more damage due to no repairWe asked the vendor for the funds back for services never performed and the vendor has not respondedDo not use this vendor they do not provide ethical service as a contractor

My fiancé and I purchased our very first home in April through a third partyRoof Heroes were hired to seal penetrations and flashings, repair exposed sheating, fix skylights , amongst other thingsThey failed to so, and with this being our first purchas, and trusting that Roofer Heroes would perform the job appropriately and effectivelyYet they managed to invoice sellers with an invoice of work "completed" when none of it was doneWe finally escalated where then we were referred to Sun State Restorations and confirmed nothing was done to correct the issuesI would not recommend roofer heroes specially after this bad first experienceSun state restoration has been very professional, timely, and considerate of our issues and time
