Review: Deposit was paid 2/19/2104 and immediately cashed and no work has been started. [redacted] fails to make contact with us as his customers. I met with [redacted] 2/19/2014, signed a roofing & gutter contract and paid a $900 deposit. Since then I, the customer have made contact with him on the following dates. 2/24, 2/27, 2/28, 3/6, 3/9, 3/19, 3/22, 3/25, 3/26, 3/27, 3/31, 4/2, 4/3, & 4/4 each time asking when I could expect his crew to begin the roofing work. Each time [redacted] gave me a date and time and failed to follow through. Beginning 4/5 I started asking for a full refund of my deposit and did so on 4/6 as well. We would like our funds returned to us since [redacted] makes no effort to contact us, his customer, on his own and because he has had our money for almost 2 months and has yet to send a crew for the work. Our deposit is $900.

Review: Contractor not complying with contract nor following through with refund .Contractor gave wm estimate on roofing job we agreed on a price . I gave him a deposit of $1500 for materials to get started . That was on October 8,2013 by December no work has been done so I requested a refund . Since my request I've had nothing but excuses about the refund and still haven't recieved it . He also advertises the Revdex.com on his contract . I would like to just recieve my refund I requested and be done with the company and situiation .
