I have been there at mr [redacted] residence a couple of timesI let him know that that he has damage on the metal panels that is right above the area that I repairedI spoke to him and he understood, he said he would have to get a loan from a bank to get a roof replacementi have photos where you can see that the metal panels are damaged due to rust and excessive patching

This company did my roof a couple of years ago and I'm still very happy with the work they didI've never had a problem and I know they will be there for me if there ever is one

The estimate included to replace any necessary rotten plywood and replace fascia board They did replace the shingles, some wood, but there is visible rotten and broken wood not replaced They were to replace gutters and called multiple times for payment in full before they replaced the gutter which they seemed to forget They did replace the gutter but the angle causes water to stand in the gutter, not drain They did not replace the fascia board after multiple calls and attempts to have them replace the fascia board the Fascia board is just a approxfoot section I paid $for fascia board replacement that was never completed I can supply copies of the estimate and pictures of the rotten wood and missing fascia
