Roof Leaks Only

Review: We contracted Roof Leaks On April 8, 2014 to repair a flat porch roof that was leaking. They said it needed a new roof so at a cost of $900.00 they replaced it by laying a 'rolled' roof over an area of about 17 by 30 feet on April 12, 2014. They said the 'new' roof would last over 15 years. Within a week after a rain the same leak occurred in the ceiling of the porch. We called Roof Leaks and after several missed appointments with no courtesy calls to say they weren't coming, they finally came and stated that the side of the roof needed a drip edge and they would fix the problem. As of today, June 12, they still have not shown so we had to get someone else to fix the problem. After many calls, every time getting a different excuse. They said they would be at the house just before Memorial Day weekend but never showed nor called us to let us know they weren't coming. After calling them, they said they took a vacation for the weekend. We scheduled another day...after not showing we called and they said the truck suspension broke...another day was scheduled...no call from them so when we called they stated a truck brake problem. When we questioned whether they actually were going to come, they said we should not complain as they were going to do the repair 'for free'. At this point we were wondering if the roof really needed done or was it just the edge that needed fixed in the first place. These people are just not dependable and if they are so called experts at roof repair not to see that the roof needed a 15 dollar drip edge to cover 17 linear feet is beyond me. Hopefully no one else will contract with this company.Desired Settlement: We aren't requesting anything. We just want the information posted so no one else will have to go through what we did.
