I contacted ***, the owner of Roof Masters, on a weekend due to a water leak related to an ice dam [redacted] and his team were fantastic in every way [redacted] and one of his employees came to my house the day after I called him to remove the ice damHe did this work without asking for payment and simply left an invoice in the mailboxThe price was very reasonable for the work performedOnce the ice was removed, [redacted] came out and repaired the flashing on a corner of my roof that was the source of the water leakWe received regular updates from [redacted] as he had an extensive backlog of work to get through the ice damage in our areaOut of all the contractors I have dealt with since moving to TN, [redacted] is NUMBER 1! In July of 2012, I had a sunroom attached to my home from a well known business in Nashville. It is a lovely and useful addition but it would leak everytime there was a heavy rain. I made numerous calls and complaints to the company over the last 3 years and dealt with many of their personel. Various "repairmen" were sent out to caulk and seal. None of these attempts took care of the problem.
After much criticism and negative feedback from me, they did the right thing and sent an actual roofer to remedy the problem!
Mr. [redacted] owner of Roof Masters, LLC inspected the job and successfully convinced the company of the needed repair!!
He was hired to finally fix the 3 year old problem and he and his crew completed it in less than 2 days! No more leaking roof/chimney!!!!!
