The real story is, approximately one year we did do work on this house for the amount of $The work manually cleaning the moss of the roof, replace plumbing flashings, and install some gutter guards on the front guttersWe did all this for the price One year later he calls and say's he wants different gutter guards on the front gutterI told him it would be $additional to purchase and install a different style of productOne year went by and we don't here nothing, then all of a sudden we have issuesHe didn't want to pay the differenceThat's when he thought he could negotiate money backI offered $ and we would be finishedHe wanted $That' when I felt he was trying to take advantage of the situationI would like to apologize for how and what I saidWe are a customer oriented company, and the last thing we intend to do is make people angryWe "do not", I repeat "do not" take advantage of our customersI feel in all fairness I will pay the $If this acceptable I will mail him a checkPlease let me know Sincerely Brian

I have been in contact with [redacted]. He is aware that we are going to fix the problem. The weather is not cooperating but as soon as it clears up he know that we will be out there. I am keeping in contact with him on a regular basis and will get it resolved. I had a rotator cuff surgery done and was...

[redacted] stated that there where bullet holes in the roof and that is not covered in the warranty we did go back and patch the holes at no cost and advised them that if this happens again we will not come back and fix the roof cause this is not a warranty issue. Nothing...

I had another roofing company go out and they had to repair over 28 locations and they stated that seams in the roof were coming up. This has nothing to do with bullet holes but a lack of putting the roof down properly the first time. They did not return our calls or look at the roof when we were having problems this most recent time around. (The first time it took 2-3 months for them to come out after extensive damage had been done) With the most recent repairs and expertise of a properly licensed roofer, there is no evidence to indicate the roof was repaired correctly the first time or at all for that matter. This is why I am requesting a full refund. 
I am convinced this company is fraudulent based on the other complaints as well as the fact that the address is a PO BOX and the telephone number is registered to a [redacted] King. I feel more extensive action needs to be taken and any recommendations would be welcome. 
I also have pictures of the repairs that another company did showing the negligence of roof masters but they are not attaching. Please advise if they are needed.
