Roof Pros

roof replaced in ***. had major water damage due to workmanship. still continues to leak and no response from owner
roof replaced ***. Had leaks, they tried to fix. done a tear off & replace. ins paid for new flashing and vents, they were not done. old stuff left on roof & worked around. numerous emails & phone calls between us. undone gas pipe vent causing several weeks of carbon monoxide in home from hot water heater. once discovered I fixed it but then noticed mold from water leakage from roof all around furnace. Roof Pros's owener *** paid out of pocker ($***) for repairs to home and removal of black mold. still leaked and local contractor looked it over after his crew had been here 3-4 times. they left an old vent there that should have been gone. have called, left messages and no answers. Mr. has had his number changed twice. I did call the "expert" from his company to discuss this but he was no longer employed. then on *** after a snow storm and melting I again have 2 leaks in the same place.
2nd incident involves him hiring a subcontractor to spray on a roof coating on my garage. I had a tree next to garage and they just sprayed around it. so I now have a 2X2 ft square not covered and no idea who to contact. I discovered this when I had my trees trimmed this fall. He got paid for total footage but it was not completed and no acknowledgement from sprayer that he did not complete job or that I needed to trim tree for him to finish.
I did call *** and leave a message on his current phone # *** to let him know about leaks and followed it up with a text message but have heard no reply back from him.
I am looking at having to hire someone when its warmer to repair my roof and hope that the leaks do not destroy my interior again. I do travel a lot and am not always home when it rains or snow melts to clean up leaks.
Since my roof was put on Roof pros have been here roughly 7-8 more times trying to fix the problem but without properly replacing the flashing etc around the furnace venting and range venting on the roof I don't see how adding silicone or black rubber stuff around the pipes is going to solve any problems. This has been done by a roofer he had come over from *** and again by *** and *** from his company plus *** saying he had personally been here but I was not home to see him. I live on a very fixed income and have paid him thousands of dollars to fix my roofs and still have leaks both in my home and garage.
