I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12064674. I will allow the company come and remove and reinstall the Rhino gutter guard product, along with the correct number of miters that was in the original quote, under the direct supervision of a certified Rhino trained installer.

We are truly saddened that this customer has had a bad experience with our company. While it is certainly no excuse for the slow response or the problems with the installation, we have been told by PiGi, manufacturer of the Rhino gutter guard, that the Rhino line has made their product very...

difficult for certified installers to install their product, thus rendering their warranty invalid. This is a known issue that has come to light since we installed this customer's gutter guard and is affecting installers all over the country. As such, PiGi has introduced a new product line that does not carry the same restrictions for installation and is warrantied by the installer, called Extreme. Our company is currently in the process of switching over to this product line, as we feel that this will be a better option for our customers down the line.We offer a warranty on our work and as such would like to offer this customer a few options to make it right. First, we can come and remove the gutter guard and issue a full refund. Secondly, we can remove the Rhino Guard and install the Extreme gutter guard as soon as we receive the shipment. Or lastly, we can come and remove and re-install the Rhino guard under direct supervision of the Rhino certified inspector, with a partial refund for the inconvenience.All of these options will be emailed to the customer immediately and will be scheduled as soon as his decision is made.Again, we hate that the customer has had to go through such lengths for satisfaction and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Best Regards,Bethany [redacted]Project Manager

I submitted my roof problem on a repair website on a Sunday and I was contacted by Roof Replacement within hours. The next day they inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained what I needed. Since my total roof replacement we have gotten considerable rain and now snow sits on the roof. All without causing additional damage to my ceilings. The gentlemen that worked on my roof were wonderful and Very hard working. Ted and Bethany were great to work with. everything was done as promised, including every nail being picked up and disposed of without incident.
