I let her know that the stucco needed to be done before the fascia to prevent a water intrusion issue, this was my last contact with the client, they did not call or text my cell, and they did not call the office before filing the complaint.
My proposed resolution is that they pay the remainder of the roof ($2,204.00 - $406.00 = $1,798.00), which was completed on July 27th, 2016, and have the fascia completed when the stucco is done.
