[redacted] Thanks for your time in helping with this I've attached the following:-Texts from [redacted] about the siding-Original quote that separates cost for the fascia-Updated quote with new material pricing that was signed by [redacted] My response is as follows: On September 3, 2016, I was contacted by [redacted] who informed me that they were installing stucco on the houseI let her know that the stucco needed to be done before the fascia to prevent a water intrusion issue, this was my last contact with the client, they did not call or text my cell, and they did not call the office before filing the complaint My proposed resolution is that they pay the remainder of the roof ($2,- $= $1,798.00), which was completed on July 27th, 2016, and have the fascia completed when the stucco is done -- Thanks,Mark F [redacted] Roof Rescue208-206- ***Supporting documentation redacted by Revdex.com staf

My response is as follows:
On September 3, 2016, I was contacted by...
[redacted] who informed me that they were installing stucco on the house. I let her know that the stucco needed to be done before the fascia to prevent a water intrusion issue, this was my last contact with the client, they did not call or text my cell, and they did not call the office before filing the complaint.
My proposed resolution is that they pay the remainder of the roof ($2,204.00 - $406.00 = $1,798.00), which was completed on July 27th, 2016, and have the fascia completed when the stucco is done.
