we are willing to cover the cost of re hiding the wires as well as cleaning the areas that we touched (around the dormer) we are NOT paying for an entire house power washing, also I find it very back handed that I am finding out about these problems from the Revdex.com I have been nothing but accessible to the customer and have while we had a few mis steps regarding the gutter guards and the light fixture we responded immediately when the customer called us with the issueswe attempted to hide the wires but apparently our efforts in that regard are not acceptable so whats the amount I really cant agree to anything with out an amount and I request copies of paid invoices for both the handyman and the power washing if this work has not yet been completed I would like the opportunity to have my men power wash the dirty areasand I have a handy man who will bill me dirrectly for the camera wiring and ill get you a lightbulb [redacted] Roof Services

how much was the power washer and the handyman?
I keep getting messages saying unsatisfactory and I keep asking how muchhow am I suppose to agree to something blindlyplease submit the invoices from the handyman and from the power washer so I can get them approved

It is far from the truth that he came to fix anything we had a problem with.  There's a ripped screen on one of the basement windows, the front door has a tear in it, and looking at the house, there is no down spout on the left side near the driveway.  When they completed the roof they left plywood and roofing shingles in the driveway for over a week.  We paid him up front before the job was started.  Once he had the money, all sales puffs were off.  He said he'd have new gutters up within a week with gutter shields, and my husband had to call asking when the gutters would be installed.  After being installed my husband had to call again asking where the gutter shields were.  Then they had to come back again to install the shields.  We should never have paid up front.  We don't trust him to do any repairs as he's never kept his word.

Review: Signed contract for new roof June **. Workers came approximately 2 weeks later to do roof. They did a good job on the roof, however, they left their hand prints in a few places on the light gray siding. Roofers left pallet of roofing materials in driveway for almost a week. We were promised new gutters with leaf guards. Roofers took off old gutters. New gutters were put up a week later without leaf guards. Workers came today to put on leaf guards. Roofers broke light (with light bulb) on front of house. Light was replaced without a bulb. We have cameras on the house and with all the roof work being done the wires for the cameras are not hidden. Some are hanging, some are laying on top of roof. When wind and rain come who knows what will happen with the wires. My husband is on crutches and cannot climb a ladder. Called [redacted] this morning, and he said he tucked in all the wires. If that's true, why are they hanging. He asked that I take pictures and forward them to him. We will get our handyman to take care of the wires when he has time, but he doesn't work for free. We paid $10,300 for this roof and have had nothing but inconvenience since signing the conract.Desired Settlement: The amount our handyman charges for securing the wires and power washing the house.
