My roof was installed by this company and part of the roof has collapsed and for the past two months they have promised to come to fix.
THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO FIX AN ISSUE WITH MY ROOF. THE FIRST TIME IT WAS LEAKING , THEY DID FIX THEY OUTSIDE PROBLEM BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO PATCH THE WATER STAINS INSIDE. NOW AM HAVING TO CALL THEM AGAIN PART OF MY ROOF COLLAPSED. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO *** FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS . HE SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT BUT IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT, THE SHINGLES WERE RE-APPLIED AND THEY LOOK ALL SLOPPY AND THE PART OF THE ROOF IS STILL SUNKEN IN. I SPOKE TO *** LAST WEEK AND HE PROMISED THAT HE WOULD COME ON 8-27, AGAIN HE WAS A NO SHOW. LIKE I SAID ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE I CALLED AND SPOKE TO *** ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HE KEEPS PROMISING TO COME TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. BECAUSE OF THE POOR QUALITY WORK AND BY REFUSING TO COME AND FIX THEY ISSUE MY ROOF HAS BECOME A LIABILTY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND ALSO WENT THREW THE ROOF. *** IS AWARE OF IT.

Desired Outcome

I WANT MY ROOF FIXED AND I WANT IT DONE RIGHT. ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I PAID FOR GOOD QUALITY WORK, SO I EXPECT FOR MY ROOF TO BEEN DONE PROFESSIONAL RIGHT.

The issue on the roof was not caused by faulty workmanship or anything of that sort , but at the end of the day our company did the roof and whatever may have caused that , stucco people ac techs ? It went and fell back on our company . We do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused . September 13,2019 our techs went out there to repair issue , I believe it has been completed to clients satisfaction and at the end of the day customer satisfaction is one our top priorities . We hope all is well goes well and we can move forward . Thank you once again.

Still not satisfy, they did attempted to fix the problem but roof still looks uneven you could tell where they tried to repair the problem. The damage was not caused by our painters which *** wants to blame on. It was caused by them when they replaced the skylight when it rains water leaks threw and with time it started rotting the wood and that caused the wood to get soft and for the roof to collapsed. How unprofessional can a company get trying to justify that there work was done professional by blaming others. *** nor anyone from the company have contact me. I Am still not satisfy roof looks horrible.

As stated before went out to perform repairs as Per Mrs. *** wanted the wood to be replaced . Wood was replaced as was underlayment .New shingle matching existing color was installed for a uniform finish .Skylight was re sealed with proper granol color . We have attached a photo of the repairs that were made October 2, 2019 . We take pride in our work and we look forward to satisfying Mrs. *** .

Jessie knows exactly what am referring to. From the street view you could see that the roof is uneven where they replaced the wood. The picture that he send is not from our roof.He mentions that they take pride on their work I Cannot see that, because if they did they would make sure that they fix it right. They never went back to fix the inside of the house when the roof leaked the first time Am enclosing the photos where you could see why am not happy.

Porch is depositing tar on porch. *** has be avoiding calls and will not fix the issue.
*** from Roofing Solutions & Construction was chosen by my insurance company to fix our roof. They did a horrible job messing up the AC units on the roof. After the job was completed the porch is now leaking tar deposits on the porch floor. We have tried many times to call and text. He claims that he has called and visited our home and has not done so. We are so disappointed in our insurance company finding us a roofing company that has failed to do their job.

Desired Outcome

The porch needs to be fixed.

First things first *** we are extremely surprised with these actions you are taking as our company has done nothing but assist you and your parents .when you voiced your concern to us about material seeping through the open spacing in your porch we sent one of our team members to go out there to your parents property and gather some info so we can take proper steps . We are a reputable and honest company and take pride in our work so we are glad that your concern has nothing to do with our workmanship . As the roof has no leaks and everything is in tact. As *** went out there to meet you 9/25/18 and your parents he stated and let you know that we would address and take care of your issue but would be taking the proper steps and contact the supplier and manufacturer as your issue is an odd one . we contacted our supplier9/25/18 in front of your dad and *** spoke with you and you seemed to be understanding of what was going on.He assured you and we can assure you that whether the manufacturer would assist us in this matter or not our company would make sure you and your parents would be taken care of . We need to take the proper steps and take it from there and have already sent photos to the manufacturer for review . That day you seemed to be in agreement and then we receive this complaint . You have not tried to contact us since that day which was 9/25/18 . the day *** went and spoke to you .so you cannot falsify things and say we have not answered your calls . To be upset is one thing but to start falsifying things to try and tarnish our reputation is another thing and is unethical.We will clarify this again as this is not a workmanship issue it is not a service issue but a manufacturer issue which I can assure you it will be resolved . It has nothing to do with our company not being reliable or untrustworthy or anything within those lines . You want to talk to us call us we will answer as we have always answered you and your mom.As we stated and can understand you are upset but we have done nothing wrong so by you trying to make us look bad or doing malicious things is plain out the wrong way to resolve this as we are all adults . Horrible job , no sir its a great roof out there leak free and staying in tact . Which by the way has one of the best warranties in the area ! Messing up the ac units ? That is another false statement , we moved them to properly install the shingle and afterwards you had a concern and did we not go and address the issue rite away yes ! Why because we are honest and care about our clients . To you *** Mrs. and Revdex.com we will resolve this issue that we promise .

This submission to the Revdex.com was filed before *** had made it out to my parents home. It's kind of worse when you sent someone before and still didn't follow up with my parents. Customer service is not a priority when it comes to your past clients. It wasn't until I called *** and expressed how upset I was that he made it out there. Again, he lied and said that he had called my mother. I have her phone records and I don't have any voicemail or missed calls since she has expressed her concerns about the roof. Your workers, in my opinion, did a very poor job. We are not satisfied with how your company has tried to fix this issue.

If you can't understand let me make a perfect example for you so you can understand where we are coming from. *** has a truck and If I were a tire company and I sold him a brand new tire and after the tire was faulty I would replace the tire with no questions and deal with the manufacturer. Again thats customer service. Why would he try to contact the manufacturer to replace his tire when he bought the tire at my shop. No, it's not right.

When *** came to visit he said he would follow up a week or two later. I have still yet to receive a call back from him or this company - It's Oct 15. Instead, he said that I should pay for the materials so that he could fix it. This again this not customer service. This is a way to weasel out of a poor job that was done. We have spoken to our insurance again and they looking into the job that was done and doing a full investigation on ***'s company. Since then I have also reached out to a few local TV news locations and they are also willing to do a full story on this.
At the end of the day, this needs to be fixed. If it puts your company at a lost thats not my problem. Your company is supposed to be the expert thats why you were hired. Fix it if not deal with the consequences.

Have already reached out to *** and advised them that we will go out there and replace the porch for them . Not cause we did anything wrong but to assure the client is completely satisfied and so both parties can move forward . Thank you *** for allowing us to respond to this issue in an adult like and professional matter. As there are always two voices to a story or complaint. Once again will do whatever we can do to make sure the *** are completely satisfied . Will be updating you all on this .

Int out there to the property at 217 yale . Re did the porch as far as the roofing goes per client request . We provided all the materials and labor at no cost to the client in order to try and please Mrs . Guillen . As we left that Saturday she seemed happy that it got done .
