Roof Stain Removers

Absolutely the most arrogant person that I have ever done business with in my life He picked the time to clean my roof Did a good job But humid, rainy weather washed solution on my plants and killed multiple plants in front and back yard Then the vinyl coating on aluminum soffits started peeling off large chunks of vinyl Art came to house and made the comment that his cleaning solution could not have caused plants to die more than hours after being applied It was purely a coincident that my plants died the next week But he offered to clean driveway for free as compensationToday he called to say his driveway cleaning machine was in the shop and that he couldn't clean my driveway this week I told him about the vinyl peeling off my aluminum trim and again he said it couldn't be related to the cleaning When I got home I sent him a picture of the peeling Then he rudely responded that I should not text him after business hours Then he texted me again (unsolicited)here is an excerpt....."Additionally I will neither reply to you tonight or tomorrowIf you choose to serve papers my address is on the card"
I am not pleased to have to post this, would have rather just got my roof cleaned and be done with it Sharing this so others won't have to go thru a similar experience

I would not hire this man and group of subcontractors again EVER! The list of things that he did poorly is very long. He came as a referral from the real estate agent and his quote was too good be true, now I know why. The main things that you should know before calling this person is that he is not timely, or clean, or even reliable. We paid a 50% deposit on a job that was suppose to take approximately 8 weeks to complete and then he did not even apply for permits until 10 weeks later after I started getting upset with him. He and his sub-contracted helpers (he has no employees) continually left garbage (not construction debris) on site every time they decided to show up, killed a huge amount of my grass by driving on it (promissing to replace it) and not only did he not replace the grass he didn't even clean up the remaining construction debris. I can't really rate his work because he rarely did any of the actual work himself, but the portion he did do was satisfactory. At the close of the job there was still a problem with the lighting and he continually disputed that it was anything he did even though he constructed the entire room from the ground up. He reduced the final payment by the cost of installation to make up for it because he knew we were not going to pay until it was corrected (we ended up hiring an electrician who confirmed it was in the installation). Save yourself and your family a huge headache and do not hire this person.
