The owner is not an honorable business person If you need a reliable, quality roof installed on you home, Roof Toppers is NOT the place to do business Substandard materials and workmanship, and not honoring his roofing warranty was what I experienced from this business
Had a flat roof installed in May with a 12-year warranty In the original proposal and price, the owner (MrRuben Maldonado) agreed to install all new skylights, as well as replace the one broken skylight The broken skylight was replaced; however, the other skylights were never replacedThis was very obvious and I mentioned this to MrMaldonado after the roof was completed MrMaldonado said to deduct $from the original price agreed upon, which I did, and then I paid him Later, when I needed warranty service for leaks, MrMaldonado would not honor his warranty because he insisted that I still owed him $for new skylights that were never installedIn the meantime, I had to call other roofers to do repair work for me, both inside (water damage) and outside (on top of roof) To make a long story short, if you want to be treated honestly and fairly, Roof Toppers of El Paso is not the place to do business Avoid this roofer because he is not an honorable businessman MrRuben Maldonado lacks both ethics and integrity
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEMThe guy that promises a good work ethic never showed up to the sitethe workers are careless and recklessone almost hit me on the head with a piece of metal that he just tossed off the rooftopthey would not pick up after themselves and left nails and debris everywhereThey fried three plus A/C units when they re-connected themThey damaged inside the areas of the water heater and heater unitsThey left there eye sore truck in the parking lot days after they had completed the job plus it was in a bad location
