We are having a difficult time with Roof Care... practically 2 years and we are still begging them to come and make good on out roof. The original job was blamed on a crew that normally does not work in the area. Communication is as bad as the original job performed. I call and call but get little response. I have been in contact with the owner and still no results as of this time... we are hoping for an eventual resolution.
I contracted company for roofing repairs that were completed on December 6 2017. On May 22 after a heavy downpour I experienced severe water intrusion in my dining room ceiling and wall in the same exact location as the previous damages caused by the roof leak.

First off, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the poor service you've received. I have spoken to Region Manager, Robert C, who has filled me in on your experience. I understand he has spoken to you over the phone and arranged to meet with you today to resolve the situation. We will absolutely correct the repairs we made that did not hold up to the recent storm, to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Revdex.com, Jonathan S and all concerned with Roof Care Care: As promised Robert C and John U met with me on June 12 to inspect and make an assessment of the leak over the dining room area of my roof. On the morning of June 14 John U and a repair crew arrived at my home to correct the problem. Within a matter of 2 hours the crew was able to identify and correct the problem. The following day on June 15 there was a heavy downpour from a storm that passed through the East Mountains and there was not any apparent water intrusion in the area that was repaired. I feel that the problem has been corrected and I am satisfied with the measures Roof Care has made to resolve this issue. I would also like to state that I feel fortunate in doing business with a reputable organization like Roof Care, which I will continue to use for any roofing needs. I would also like to thank the Revdex.com for helping to intervene on my behalf to obtain the needed repairs.

Had a very pleasant experience with RoofCARE and their Project Manager, Sam R. I needed repairs to my roof and he was very professional throughout the process giving me a detailed quote, pictures of my roof damage, contract signing, on-time arrival dale and follow-up with pictures of the work his crew did. They had also done my next door neighbor's repair.
