I understand this is a new company, but they have a lot to learn about customer service. I had an appt last Friday, but got a last-minute phone call saying he was 2 hours away and traffic was bad so he wanted to postpone to Saturday at 3pm. Saturday he did not show and did not call to say he was not coming. I got a call Monday from John wanting to come Tuesday at 3pm. Again, no show and no call to say he wasn't coming. I can't trust these guys to keep an appt, and won't trust them to work on my house.
