I was sent an introduction from an employee at ROOFCORP, a David Malkun which I responded to making it clear that we were not in the market for a large roofing job but only to do some minor repairs. I was passed along to an Aaron Neighbor "Sales Coordinator" who scheduled an appointment for this week. This morning I received an email stating that now they are too busy, booked months out and are unable to provide a quote. I was provided a contact for another company, well not a company but an individual who was supposed to help us. If they were not interested in our small job I would have appreciated that they not waste my time with multiple emails and phone calls just to cancel. This company does not honor their commitments.
