If you don't call this company for any roof or gutter work, you will be missing out on some of the best - if not the best - customer service you will ever receive Strong winds did damage to the roof of our townhouse in River Creek (VA), and I called Roofer(on a recent Friday afternoon) to ask about repair work I reached Steve, who was at another job, but was able to get to our place within about an hour I filled out the simple form on the Rooferwebsite, giving details and requesting an estimate, and Steve provided a photo along with a detailed work estimate in short order There wasn't time to do the work that afternoon, but Steve said they would do the repairs the next morning Due to serious ice conditions, they were not able to do the roof work until Monday morning, but Steve called several times to update me on what the situation was I'm a landlord living in California, so couldn't be there personally, but the whole process couldn't possibly have been easier Our tenants said that the work was done very professionally - and no one had to be home for Rooferto do their work - and completely, and we're 'very' pleased! It was so incredibly smoothly handled by Steve - he 'took over' the process from my first phone call He even said that if they found something needing immediate repair on the roof, not mentioned in the estimate, they would fix it with no extra charge Super, super service

Roofer saved me! I had a hole in my roof and was working with different contractor, but could not get a timetable for repairsI called Steve, submitted a picture of the damage and had a cheaper estimate within hour Repairs were completed in record time and I am very satisfied I will definitely use Roofer again and wont hesitate to recommend them Thanks Steve

Roofer was very responsive to my leak problem The phone is always answered by a person Steve was very professional and knowledgeable He was able to find my leak and have his team repair it the very next day I would highly recommend Roofer

Steve is extremely knowledgeable. He found the issues right away. He is punctual , answers the phone everytime, courteous and fully explains the scope of work. The work was completed professionally and on time. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I used Roofer911, which in and of itself says a lot given the number of options in NoVA. I put in a request on Saturday afternoon and I knew Steve would get back to me same day, given my past experience. The roof was not an emergency so he said he would come on Monday. After the analysis, we were provided pictures and an estimate. We didn't have the work done until today. We are also having other work done and the contractors installed a new attic fan and Steve's guys fixed the roof around the new fan and told me that an old rusted vent was not connected to anything so they removed it and added plywood and roofing material.
Standup guys. The price seemed reasonable, if not excellent, though I didn't do much looking around since most roof repair people don't answer the phone, let alone come same day, like he did the first time we used Roofer911.

Very pleased with roof repairs. Called Roofer 911 on Wednesday, and Steven came out first thing Thursday morning and gave me a quote. I signed contract on Saturday morning, and the crew was here within 2 hours. The crew explained everything to me, and showed me pictures of the areas that needed repairs. The replaced shingles and roof vent. Initially, I thought I needed 3 pipe collars replaced. The crew inspected the collars and told me 2 could be repaired, and only one needed to be replaced. Their honest approach saved me several hundred dollars. All repairs were completed the same morning I signed the contract.

Hi [redacted], When we first performed repairs to your home on August 21, 2015 I noticed immediately that you had many sources that were causing your home to leak such as from the roof and hairline fractures to the inside corners of a window above.  On October 1, 2015 you sent me an email stating you still had a very slow leak in the basement so I sent my foreman to your home immediately to make the necessary repairs. On February 3, you called us once again saying you still had the same leak so I told my foreman to do whatever was necessary to stop your leak and that was the last time I heard from you until now. To be perfectly honest, it's possible I may have missed your recent voicemail because we receive so much spam but never do we miss emails to roofer911@[redacted].com or when someone fills out our request estimate form on our website. Since we had no further communications from you since February 3, 2016 and being that your warranty had expired five months ago we are not entitled to issue you a refund but for your aggravation I feel it’s only fair that I refund you a payment of $300.00. Some strong winds and recent rainstorms knocked off a fascia board and exposed some wood on my roof. I wanted to get it fixed asap because I will be of town for awhile soon and other roofing companies would not even do an estimate until the end of the month. I contacted Roofer 911 on Monday for last minute repairs and they were able to give me a fair estimate right away. Their workers arrived Tuesday morning and were very professional and friendly. The repairs were done quickly in about an hour. They also were able to use the broken fascia board which saved me some money. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Review: I hired Improve Today VA Inc. dba Roofer911 to inspect my roof. During a severe rainstorm last month I thought I heard a drip in the attic space above my front entry hallway. The owner of the company, [redacted], did an inspection of my roof and told me he could conduct a repair. He said based on his excessive experience in the roofing business he new exactly where my problem areas where and would conduct the repair for $1425. He said he would repair or replace roofing material to complete the repair and said he provided a six month warranty on his work. On 6/6/2013 I provided [redacted] with a credit card payment of $1425 and he said he completed the work. I was not home at the time so I did not see what he actually did. I did notice however that my roof looked no different after the repair than it did before the repair. That evening (6/6/2013) we had a rainstorm that lasted from approximately 11pm throughout most of the day on 6/7/2013. At approximately 11:30pm on 6/6 water began to leak from the ceiling in my front entryway and did so for the next 11 hours. Water has never leaked through my ceiling before. The water leak damaged my ceiling and sidewalls. I contacted [redacted] at 6am and left a voicemail on his office number explaining the situation. At approximately 10am 6/7, two of [redacted]'s people showed up at my house and placed a tarp over the roof. On 6/8 the same two people showed up at my house and replaced approximately 70 square feet of shingles in the same area they had already repaired on 6/6. They had no shingles with them and had to use shingles I had in my possession. I told one of the workmen that I had informed [redacted] I possessed these shingles and made them available to [redacted] but he did not use them. The worker told me that on 6/6 visit they did not replace any of my shingles. One of the repairmen told me as I watched the work take place that I had at least three leaks. I asked why these were not fixed the first time on 6/6 and the workman said these things just happen. I contacted [redacted] on 6/10 and asked him to refund my payment of $1425 for the poor work that he had completed and to also explain to me how he was going to arrange for the repair of my ceiling and walls that he had damaged. He left me a voicemail stating that he was not responsible for the interior damage and stated that is was probably there to begin with. I told [redacted] that I had taken photos throughout the night (date and time stamped) which showed the rain coming through the ceiling along with a video. The photos and video showed the damage in the ceiling spread throughout the night. I have not hear from [redacted] since.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund my payment of $1425. I do not trust his work and find his quality to be substandard. I also find him to be dishonest and ask that the Revdex.com track him as a business to protect other consumers from him. I also want [redacted] to pay the cost of repairs to my ceiling and walls that are a direct result of the damage caused by his negligence and sub-standard workmanship. I have contacted my insurance company [redacted] and asked that they also investigate this. They will send an adjuster to my residence in the next few days and I want [redacted] to compensate [redacted] for the cost of any damage repairs that they complete and to compensate me for my insurance deductible.

When I first spoke to [redacted] on June 6, 2013 he stated that he had roof leak in direct alignment with his front door for a while on his split level home and would like an estimate to fix. That same day [redacted] accepted our proposal and all repairs were completed later that day. That night there was a heavy rain and his roof started to leak so we installed a large tarp over his home the following day while it was still raining. When we came back the following day to make the repairs to his roof we noticed there was another leak inside his home that was outside of the work that we performed and fixed at no additional charge. According to my foreman, all interior damage was preexisting which [redacted] disagreed to. I sent numerous emails to [redacted] stating that I would like to come to his home to perform an infrared inspection that will detect all areas of wetness inside the walls which he refused to as he said in his email. “I will not be available for any inspection on the house. [redacted] told me to refer you back to them and asked me to let them handle the matter since they have already conducted the inspection and are in the process of conducting the repairs”.

Since [redacted] has not allowed me to his home to inspect the damage and by having his insurance company make all needed repairs I feel we should not be held liable whatsoever. As I said in many of my emails to [redacted] Trushon, we will gladly make all needed repairs to his home if the damage was indeed caused by our workmanship and is not pre-existing. Very professional staff and roof mechanics - they quickly diagnosed the roof leak, provided a detailed repair proposal and completed the work quickly and efficiently - as well as cleaned up the job site when done. I highly recommend them!

Roofer911 is great to work with for two reasons:
1. Extremely fast response, and
2. Ability to work through e-mail and web-based contracts so that you don't have to be there waiting for them to show up.
The quality of work is excellent, but it is their responsiveness and flexibility that set Roofer911 apart. Highly recommended.
