want to spend the additional money for the compressorThe service advisor informed the customer prior to him leavingIt is not our practice to keep the old parts nor is it the practice of any shop in the valley to maintain storage of bad partsAfter discussing the customers request for a refund with the staff and receiving the full story we decided to offer the compressor at cost with a reduction in Labor also as a solutionAfter the customer declined the offer we offered a partial refund in the amount of the parts if our supplier would refund us the parts which they didAfter discussing this with our franchise customer service a number of times we have gone over and beyond for the customer and frankly after reviewing the work order and inspection again I feel we have gone beyond what we should have

If the shop had initially told me the compressor needed to be replaced I would have opted to not proceed with the repairs due to cost. As the records indicate, it was not until my 3rd visit after paying for new repairs each time, was it suggested I get the compressor repaired as well. Again their story makes no sense because if they had actually suggested the compressor needed repair, why would we be fixing other parts than the compressor itself. It was over a week later and 3 visits and 715 dollars that it was suggested to now pay more money to fix the compressor.Another fallacy is that they claim that their coorperate HQ contavted or spoke to me in any way. They have still never called or answered my 4 different requests via phone. An initial complaint was made by me with no follow up.
