said the replacement would cost and the amount allocated by the Insurance company less their deductible. Those numbers matched the amount I had charged her, not including the cost of upgrade for a Architectural shingle 30 year.
 
With this information [redacted] (her agent) agreed she owed me $452.84 that she has never paid. Without full payment from the [redacted], I sent them a copy of this bill attached to this file declaring the warranty null and void.  Furthermore, this roof was installed on 6-14-12. If there had been a warranty included in this the warranty installation it would have been one (1) year from date of install, exclusive to the roof materials only. This is all stated in any warranty package Roofers Llc includes in final paperwork. 
 
Unfortunately, the [redacted] did not pay the bill. The checks (2) she is referring to are for $10,401.53 and $2297.63.  These two checks total $12,699.16  The cost of the roof billed to the [redacted] is $13,152.15.
 
I called the number [redacted] listed for the residence on 11-27-13 too follow up for the agent [redacted]. There was NO return call.
 
If the [redacted] can provide checks cashed for the roof with my signature on them totaling $13,152.15 I would like to view them.
