would be out there. The client misunderstood that as an appointment. We took care of the issue which took about half hour and customer was pleased.  Apparently they filed a complaint during that small window. The client didn't mention anything about the complaint while we were there. It's been about a month now and I'm glad you called to ask us about the resolution because we didn't even know a complaint had been filed. I called the client right away to see if there was still an issue or if he was unhappy and he mentioned to me he had filed it back then and would call Revdex.com and have the complaint removed. The issue was addressed in a timely manner all things considered and client is happy. (The section that leaked was on a flat roof section which are nightmares for roofers, by the way). It seems this was a communication hiccup on several levels. If you could please call homeowner just in case they forget to call, I would really appreciate it.
