WELL I PROMISED MR. COX THE OWNER I WOULD WRITE A NEW REVIEW SO HERE GOES. IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS SINCE MY ROOF WAS PUT ON AND I'VE HAD MY SHARE OF PROBLEMS WITH IT, BUT IN DEALING WITH MR. COX RECENTLY I TRUST IT WILL BE FIXED IT'S POSSIBLE THEY MAY HAVE FIXED IT THEY CAME OUT FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2020 AND PUT 4 MORE VENTS ON THE ROOF THE CONSENSUS IS THAT THE HEAT IS NOT ESCAPING CAUSING THE CONDENSATION ON THE ROOF AND FANS IN BOTH BATHROOMS SO HOPEFULLY THAT'S GOING TO DO THE TRICK MR. COX PROMISED ME HE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO FIX IT IF IT MEANS TAKING IT DOWN TO THE PLYWOOD AND STARTING OVER. I HONESTLY THINK THAT HE WILL. I BELIEVE HE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AND WILL STANDBY HIS WORD. WHICH SAYS A LOT ABOUT HIS COMPANY'S INTEGRITY.

I CAN'T EVEN GIVE THESE PEOPLE ONE STAR! DAVID KEY THE SALES MANAGER WAS VERY NICE HE REALLY SUCKED ME IN UNLESS THEY USE DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANIES FOR THEIR WORK AND NOT ALWAYS THE SAME ONE THAT'S THE ONLY THING I CAN FIGURE OUT IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GET 5 STARS.I WAS TOLD WHEN I WAS ASKING AROUND ABOUT ROOFERS TO STAY AWAY FROM WYRICK ROOFING LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT THE PEOPLE I HIRED FOR THE JOB USED WYRICK ROOFING. LET'S JUST SAY IT STARTED OUT WRONG ON DAY 1 AND WENT DOWN HILL FROM THERE AND 2 YEARS LATER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND PICTURES SENT I STILL HAVE WATER DRIPPING FROM THE BATHROOM CEILING FAN AND THE CEILING FEELS WET SO I PROBABLY HAVE MOLD AND MILDEW UP THERE PLUS BUGS FALL OUT OF IT AT TIMES AND I HAVE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT I'M CONFIDENT THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I ASK DANNY THE ROOFING CREWS OWNER I CASE AND HE ALWAYS HAD A SMART ALEC REMARK I ASK ABOUT THE CRACKS THAT DEVELOPED IN THE CEILING BECAUSE THINGS WERE FALLING OFF SHELVES IN THE HOUSE AND IR SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO COME THROUGH THE ROOF HE SAID NOT MY PROBLEM! HE DECIDED THE LEAKS AROUND THE BATHROOM CEILING FANS WAS COMING FROM THE VENT PIPE AND TO PROVE HIS POINT HE PUT A HOSE IN ONE OF THE PIPES AND TURNED THE WATER UNTIL I YELLED AND TOLD HIM THE CEILING IS SOAKING WET NICE HUH.I ASK HIM IF THE ROOF ON MY GARAGE WAS GOING TO DEVELOP A LEAK BECAUSE THE ROOFING CREW AND EVERYONE THAT CAME OUT AFTER USED IT TO GET ON TO THE HOUSE I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT ROOF DIDN'T GET REPLACED AND IT'S OVER 20 YEARS OLD HE SAID YOU COULD HOLD A PARTY ON IT IT'S FINE. ALTHOUGH DAVID ORDERED ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING TO DO THE GARAGE THEY WERE ONLY DOING THE HOUSE DUE TO STORM DAMAGE. I LOST MY SKYLIGHT BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE IT WOULDN'T LEAK AND I MISS IT MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD AND I'M STILL TRYING TO MAKE THAT LOOK DECENT. WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IS THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE ANYTHING. I WAS GOING THRU ALL THIS WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS ON HIS DEATH BED AND THEY NEW THAT. WELL THEY'VE GOT THEIR MONEY AND I HOPE THEY'RE HAPPY!!!

Roofing Crew did an excellent job on my new windows. They completed the entire house within the same day they arrived. Very reasonably priced. I can already tell a difference of temperature in the house. It is much cooler in each room of my house. They cleaned up, were very professional, and left no mess.

They wont stop calling me! I was on ***'s list looking at roofers and these people got my number. They call at least twice a day, I've asked them to stop and they keep calling. Lose my number!

Excellent service...vegan and finished a 2000 ft roofing job in the same day

David came out and looked everything over to give me a fair estimate which was $12,000 less expensive than other roofing companies around...for the EXACT same roofing system and warranty. After doing my research and due diligence, I decided to go with USA Security and Roofing. The work was scheduled pretty soon after I decided on this company.
Workers showed up early, worked together seamlessly, and answered any questions I had during the installation process. They cleaned up everything at the end of the day and I have no complaints about them at all.
The entire process was a great experience for me. My new roof has been finished for about 4 hours now, and I'm sure the work these guys completed will hold true to the test of time.

I prepaid in full for 48 months of security monitoring. The system failed before end of contract and company is not providing service I paid for.
I purchased a security system with 48 months of monitoring. I paid for the system/service in full to get continuous monitoring for 4 years. (Pay for 3 years and get 4th year free.) The service included the system. I have had numerous problems with the system and service. The final problem occurred the first of this month. The monitoring company was not able to detect my alarm going off. I reported the problem to Security USA the first week of Oct. I never received a call back as promised from a service technician. I called again the next week - still no response. I called several times this week, and finally had a service technician check out the system on Oct. 19. The radio had failed. Bill Cox, the owner, called me and said I would have to pay $300 to get the system working. I told him that I would not pay, and asked him to refund my money for the remaining 8 months of monitoring. Mr. Cox said he would would call me by noon Oct. 20 to see what he could do. On Oct. 20, I received a call from Monica, office person, and she asked if I had called. I told her that I was expecting a call from Mr. Cox by noon. I never received a call. I called 3 times this afternoon and requested that Mr. Cox return my call as he had promised. I have never had my call returned.

Desired Outcome

I require either a repaired system by the end of Oct. or a refund for 8 months of service.

Yes we are aware of *** system not working. The cellular unit was struck by lighting which is not covered by us to repair for free. She was given the price of $300 which covers the unit, service call and trip charge, we gave her a discount on the cost. We are trying our best to deliver the best service to her. With our prepaid price we do not do refunds because we pay for the service upfront.

Per the technician, the radio is no longer working. There is no evidence of lightning - no charring, smoke, etc. The radio was a Verizon cell system, and should have been AT&T per the service technician. (The Verizon signal is weak and intermittent at my location per the service technician and completely inadequate for my address.) I was told that if I paid up front, I would receive 48 months of continuous service. I paid in full, and have had numerous problems with the system. The faulty radio was the straw that broke the camel's back. Since Mr. Cox is unwilling to repair/replace the radio, I am requesting a refund on the 8 months of service that I did not receive although I paid for it.

The cellular unit was not working from what we gather due to a power surge or a lightning strike. She refused to pay for a new unit that we offered her at our cost. She said she is not responsible for acts of God or nature. Her service agreement is actually that she pays for all service calls and for any damaged equipment. We had already sent a tech out without charging her (10/19/17) We have prepaid for her monitoring and there are no refunds on our prepaid accounts.

My name is Mrs. Campbell and I had a bad leak in my roof about a month ago and my ceiling was caved in in my laundry room hallway. Not being very experienced with the computer I found USA security roofing crew and the general manager Greg Evans came up to my house on a weekend which is normally hard to find a contractor to come to see anyone on the weekend but Mr. Evans wanted to try to help me and resolve my problem. Mr. Evans even took the time to come to my house several different times to check on me and my family to make sure we were safe from the weather conditions and also twice put a tarp on my roof to give me temporary protection until the roof to be replaced . Thinking that I would have to get a several thousand dollar loan he was instrumental in helping me filing a insurance claim and as a result the insurance company came out and did a full inspection and was willing to pay for me a new roof without me having to get a loan . I was very please that Mr. Evans have the knowledge to be able to work with my insurance company in a professional wayand get my roof replaced. Greg became very personal and my friend in the roofing business. I would highly recommend my family friends and neighbors to call him and him and his company that he representsfor their future roofing needs. My roof was replaced in a very professional manner and in a timely manner in only one day. Thank you so much to Greg and USA security LLC / Roofing Crew for a experience that was way beyond my expectation
