Good Morning , I am the office manager for Roofing Master , I just read this complaint and I must take it to the owner As far as getting a certified letter notice , we at the office never saw a notice from the post office ,Do you know what address it was sent to? We have a shop address that has no mailbox ,therefore no mail can be left The main office where I am is at a different location , [redacted] [redacted] *** I am very sorry Ms*** has had a problem and as I said I will bring it to the owners attention and we will research this get back to you as this is situation is not known to me

Good Morning, I looked into this complaint as I did not recognize the address and the address in question was in [redacted] not the address Ms [redacted] has on her information We were called out to fix a leak over the FRONT entrance and some damage to soffit on front porch as the property was being soldWe were contracted to fix FRONT garage roof and wood soffit, work was completedWe were called back again for a leak on BACK kitchen area by the sister of Ms [redacted] and we explained that we worked on the FRONT but we would look at it and access the situationThere was caulking from a previous repair that was not done by usI explained we would have to do the same work as we did on the FRONT but there would be a chargeIn the mean time we applied more caulk to try to help at NO charge to herThe roof still continued to leak and owner called asked to speak to Evan and Evan went out to the home and met with Ms [redacted] and Rick our roofer .Evan instructed Rick to replace the shingles and what ever was necessary as we did in the original work we were hired for [FRONT ] help them out at no charge to because we have a good reputation and we pride ourselves in thatAfter closing the new homeowner at [redacted] called about a leak in the basement, Rick went back out and caulked some holes in siding , trying to help out the new homeowner, we have not heard anything since thenWe do have pictures of the roof & repairs and copies of emails for this in our records if you would like me to submit them I can do so

A receipt was mailed to her , I had no idea she did not receive itSo we will call her and let her know we will resend itInvoice # [redacted] dated 5/15/ is going in the mail today 6/02/

We had a new roof put on our house on August 10th 2018., by Roofing Masters from Jackson, I would definitely recommend this companyThey were very efficient, professional and friendly Work was completed in just one day.Rick was great Evan hails from Old Bridge and went to Madison with my son Great job guys!!!!! Thank you very much Michelle and John K [redacted]

Thank you for returning my call I have not heard from Roofing Masters since the 17th Although the office manager stated in an email to you that she hadn't known about this, I spoke with her and told her there was a problem and I wanted to speak to the owner, I also sent an email When I did not receive a response to either method of communication, I sent a certified letter to ** *** *** *** *** ** ***, the address that was stated in the office manager's most recent email to you The post office leaves notices that a certified letter needs to be picked up I find it difficult to believe that they never received any of them The card from the post office stated that the letter was unclaimedPlease reopen the caseThank you,

In December 2016, we got a new roof from this companyWithin weeks, we had a leak in our ceiling in our TV room and they had to come back and fix the roofWe have water marks on our ceiling nowIn January 2017, we had another leak, this time in our kitchen ceiling, which caused our microwave to be completely flooded with waterThe roofing company came to fix the roof and guaranteed that they would replace our microwaveI provided them the information for a new microwave that would fit and they kept giving me dates and times they would be out to install the microwave and never showed upIt is now July, months later and I have yet to receive a new microwaveAs recently as 7/I was told someone would be there to install the new microwave, nobody showed upI was told on 7/someone would come by in the afternoon - again, a no show

I was not there for the first repair of the roof which was done on the front When I met with Rick I told him that the leak was in the back part of the garage roof He told me he would have to replace the shinglesHe gave me a cost but no contract or details He told me that I did not have to be present I live about minutes awayThe house in question was an inherited house When the roof leaked again Evan came out That is the first time that I realized Rick repaired the wrong side of the roof When Evan came out he said there was obviously a misunderstanding as to where the leak was I told him that I showed Rick the leak in the house so it was his error Evan did agree to fix the other part of the roof but it was that part that should have been repaired I didn't expect to pay for an error that was theirsWe were informed one hour after the closing of the house to the new buyers, that the roof leaked down to the basement and there was damage to the walls, carpeting and insulation I paid the new homeowners for the repair I don't care what pictures Evan has of the repairIt was obviously not done correctly A reputable person would repair a roof properly

This was taken care of last week to the customers satisfaction and the customer has said they will be in touch to amend complaint

They were hired to repair a leaking roof They replaced shingles on the wrong part of the house They came and replaced shingles on the area where the leak originated Within weeks the roof leaked at the same location and caused damage to the walls, carpeting, flooring and basement They came back and said the leak was from some holes in the siding and caulked themThe leak was not from the siding but from the original area we identified I contacted them by phone, email and certified letter They did not respond to my email or phone call The certified letter was returned to me unclaimed
