Roofing Over Texas

I did a roof for mr*** During the process everything was good I communicated and spoke well to himafter my guys had finished the roof I was away measuring jobs I had to go back and give it one final inspectionmy guy had been done about mid day and like most jobs with the hail we
try to keep going and start more roofsso my guys told me there was a little bit more trash to pick up and I said that's fine when I go pick up my dump trailer I will sweep the roof and clean up the trashmy trailer was at the jobsite the whole timeso before I was able to get to the job that same afternoon the lady calls me very angry and starts saying how horrible I was and that my guys left a bunch of trash I then told her I was aware and that I was on my way overso she took it upon herself to get on the roof and blow it offwell the shingles hadn't had time to stick to eachother and shingles started to flap upkeep in mind the blower canLow up to mile an hour pressure and she said why are the shingles flappingI said well they haven't glued to eachother and the blower is very strongand about the scratches on the top piece of the gutter it was very minimal and can't be seen from the ground but I offered to touch them up she said noso she was in a hurry to leave and gave me my final payment and leftI stayed cleaning up grabbed my trailer and leftthe next day mr *** text me and said how bad I was that he was going to sue me and not to respond because he already had a lawyerI called him back and said I was willing to help him with the miner details he didn't likehe said ok so we had a meeting setup for the following satso he the calles me and says he has a car show to go to and at his convince he would call me to goI never heard from him till I got a letter from the Revdex.comalso I want to note that as soon as I left the job I contacted a neighbor that I would soon start there roof and they said they wanted to cancel because mr *** told them I was trashso he basically slandered me to them

I have already finished the job for [redacted] he has yet to finish paying me and will file a law suit and lien on his property if not paid in the next two weeks I did leave the job for some time because he was out of town in a fair selling stuff from a taco truck..
