Our goal is to try to make everybody happy we do work forIt is not because the work was done incorrect (The repair on the gutter nor the two downspouts did not leak at any time) The owner did not like the size and or the appearanceSo we redid then three timeI'm sure if it was another company, they would have not change thenWe did! I an responding to the complaint made my *** *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** *** phone # ###-###-####Roofing Responsibly did a gutter repair and installed two downspouts with a one year guarantee of no leaks on the areas we work on onlyWe repaired the gutter and installed two
new downspouts on 8/16/He did not like the downspouts so we removed then and made new one againHim and his wife look at then and said they were OK and gave me a checkI went on vacation for ten days, came back and seen the e-mail (It said he did not like the work and he had two other people look at it, one was his neighbor a roofer) He also said he had been calling me? There were no message on my recorder of him calling? Anyways I had two more new downspouts installed on Monday 8/28/at 8:AMHe also wanted the gutter repair done again so I tried calling him but his phone number did not workSo I e-mail himWe would do the gutter repair on Saturday 9/2/at 8:AMThat Saturday I talk to his neighbor (the roofer) his name is HectorHe said no he did not tell him the work was bad, he said he didn't look at it, he was surprised Scott said that? He also said he was glad he did not get involved with Scott and told me good luck(So I did six downspouts and two repairs on the gutter) I well also put some pictures of the work I didI will meet any licensed contractor there at the job site that says my work is not good!Thanks*** ***
