First, I would like to thank Mr. [redacted] for his business. He is correct that we failed to deliver the warranty information to him in a timely manner. Not to make excuses, but we had an unexpected resignation of our office manager, and then we had a temporary employee in that spot until we could get...
an experienced manager transferred in there. This all took place over the holidays too. We now have an experienced office manager there. The warranty documents have been prepared today 2/14/18, and will be hand delivered by the salesman tomorrow 2/15/18. We apologize for the delay.
